“I came from a very bad experience with another company, which made me waste more than 5 weeks and ending saying they did not have my orders (my doctor sent the fax received by them the very first day. So we had to start the process again with the help of my insurance. I was first very surprised to get the call only a week after getting the order for me to go to the office closest to my home and try on the masks and receiving the ACAP machine.I was nicely greeted by the receptionist and after a few minutes Bryan came out and ask me to his office. The patience and knowledge of this man answering my questions, showing me how everything works really make me want to do my best efforts to take advantage of one a scary device for me. He made me feel comfortable and in control so I am very happy and grateful to have found AdaptCare/AeroCare at this time to help me follow my doctor's recommendations to improve my health in general. Thank you so much.”

“Needed oxygen for my mom in Miami- couldn’t find anyone willing or able to help, she had insurance but other companies couldn’t provide the oxygen on time. Finally got approval 3 weeks after!! If it wasn’t for Walter we would be in dire straits. He stayed late so my husband could pick up a machine and we drove it down to her. Great work ethic and honest guy, wish I could have met him in person, deposit returned quickly. Deserves more than 5 stars.”

“I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. They helped our family get our life saving AED for our 15 yr old daughter who has LQTS. As a parent who watched her child have cardiac arrest and who witnessed the ZOLL AED save her life, I know how important this device is to have in our home. We learned shortly after our daughters cardiac arrest that we have multiple family members with LQTS since it is a genetic condition. So the importance of having the AED in our home became critical.Even when insurance denied the original request they did not give up and now our AED is being shipped to our home.
