The cashier asked for my email “to get my receipt,” but when I declined, I was still given a paper one. Felt a bit like a mind trick attempt — subtle, but definitely geared toward adding you to their promo list. Transparency, they must improve.

It took maybe 10 minutes to find the correct frame for my wife's type of face and the correct type of lenses for the purpose she wanted (tennis). “I purchased a few items online for my teenage son and wanted to exchange fora smaller size. From the jump Zachary was very helpful. Scanned my items to see what was available in store and what could be shipped to my home. Nyla checked me out...at least that what her necklace said. She was very sweet and helpful. Didn't get his name but a the young man with short dark hair helped her on 8/10 @ 1:45pm, whatever his name is,he helped her with my return and size exchange. They kept apologizing for the delay but I wasn't mad at all. Usually I'm skeptical with young people in popular stores but these guys are well trained and super helpful. It was my first time in the store and I will definitely return because of the customer service. The staff was AWESOME!!!”

A black & white photo of the store in 1968 hung proudly above the cashier counter making it the perfect conversation piece. Sat near the fitting room in a Key West style enclave and waited for the wife to finish trying on a black faux leather jacket for $150.00 Noticed the different sun tan oils and lotions.”

“Great discounted retail store for casual wear for men, women, and kids, and back to school supplies. They have a large variety of tees, jeans, active wear, and cozy fleeces.
They offer huge discounts sometimes as much as 70%! My tip: save your receipt in the event you need to return your items. And another tip Gap Factory and Gap are two separate entities you must return/exchange in store you made your purchase. It’s a pain…I know! ? Other than that it’s a great store to find great deals! ?
Sometimes you will find long lines at the check out. But, be patient, smile and think of all you saved! ?

Don't expect to pay men's warehouse prices, this is premium Italian men's ware, you just get a nice markdown compared to the other stores. In addition, expect a better selection of Zegna merchandise than you would find in department stores and boutiques.”

“I want to recognize the associate with long hair who wears glasses whenever we visit Skechers. From the moment we walk in, she greets everyone with a warm smile and such a friendly, positive attitude that immediately makes the store feel welcoming. She regularly checks on customers, kindly asking if we are okay or need help, without ever being pushy. Her patience and attentiveness make the shopping experience very comfortable and enjoyable.
When I wasn’t sure if a pair of shoes fit properly, she offered to check the back for another size and even suggested a few styles that might be more comfortable. She patiently waited while I walked around to see how they felt, making sure I found the right fit without making me feel rushed.
What truly stood out to me was how kind and compassionate she was with customers. I saw her help an older lady who was having a hard time putting on socks. She gently put the socks on for her and stayed with her the entire time to make sure she was comfortable. The older lady was so touched by the kindness that she had tears in her eyes. It was honestly something I have never seen before in a store, and it showed how much she truly cares about people.
Even while helping others, she still came back to check on us and other customers to make sure everyone was taken care of. Her kindness, patience and professionalism left a lasting impression on us and made our visit memorable.
Even though the closest store to us is at Sawgrass, we still choose to visit this location, and experiences like this make the trip completely worth it. Associates like her truly make a difference and show that genuine kindness and exceptional service still exist.”

“My fiancé and I were scrambling 3 weeks before our beach wedding in Jamaica to find a linen suit, we underestimated how long this would take and the availability since it was out of season. Although Beth would have needed more than 3 weeks to make the suit and that was not an option for us, she took the time to recommend me to someone who could help (and did) and even followed up with me after hours just to check in. I cannot speak for the quality of her work since we did get our suit with her.
