Phillip at the Fort Lauderdale store was instrumental in helping me select a new suit and shirt combination. When I brought the suit to my tailor for fitting, we discovered that the jacket could not be altered to achieve the fit I wanted.
I contacted Phillip right away, and he immediately took care of the situation. Since I live nearly two hours from the store, he arranged a FedEx return label so I could ship the jacket back rather than make another trip.
Just three business days later, a FedEx package arrived at my door with the correct jacket size.
That is outstanding customer service and a great example of how to make a customer feel valued. Phillip and the State & Liberty team made the entire process easy from beginning to end.

“I bought the Men's Nylon Ultra Light Down Hooded Jacket (black) by Summit Edge for a reasonable price compared to another jacket I was considering to buy from Lacoste, a lightweight quilted down jacket, but I settled for this one because it was significantly less in $$$. At first, I was a little hesitant in buying something online without seeing it in-person first, however, I took a chance, then got it and it fits me perfectly. I absolutely love this jacket! I am very impressed by the style. It is so sexy and sophisticated that I can wear it in a lot of settings. Also, it’s lightweight, the quilted fabric along the body is soft and the sleeves are super soft. Would definitely buy from this brand again. Thank you.”

We went home washed it & everything shrank even tho the items are pre shrunk. I followed washing directions & they shrank beyond repair. Went back to the store the following morning & the manager Suelana issued us a full refund. That is great customer service. Unfortunately we didn’t get to wear the outfit to dinner but we did get our refund. Thank you!”
