Kayleen was so attentive and calm on the phone, and just as kind and efficient when I arrived. Emmanuel, the technician, stepped in right away, explained everything clearly, and immediately took Mickey inside to care for him. That meant everything to me in that moment.
Dr. Jitka came out after the procedure was done, showed me the grape they were able to remove, and was incredibly loving, reassuring, and calming. In such a scary situation, this entire team truly saved my dog. I am beyond grateful. ???Elba”

“The manager and associate that helped us one night a week or so ago were absolutely fantastic! They were over the top helpful, kind and outgoing. We started looking at tags which they helped us with but we came in with our new puppy very confused on what dog food would be best and on which crate to get as far as the size. We are unsure how big she’ll definitely get so we struggled with which crate to buy. Not only did they both help determine this but the manager price matched it for us and made it much more affordable for us.
They spent quite a bit of time with us as well discussing puppy food options. That associate was very patient. All 3 were just great helpful people. I’m sorry I don’t have their names. Go here for great sincere service. :)”

“Amazing place and owners they really car for their dogs as pets. The doggies live on clean environment not crowded and normally are playing between each other on the store, they do not leave them there crated, they have an amazing place at home where they take them back every night. They have clear rules so people are not just there to play with the puppies and ask you to follow their hand wash protocol and allow for interaction if you are really interested in buying a pet.

I love their grooming services, my schnauzer comes in happy and when I pick up is playful and plays with the groomer, she feels safe and love there.
