“This is a great store, in a bad location. The store seems to always have what I need. I enjoy playing with the adaptable kittens, when available.
The location of this store is awful. There is no entrance off of State Rd 84 which requires access from University Dr. Exiting the parking lot is complicated by the amount of patrons, entering and exiting Whole Foods. The exit line backs up terrible.
I seem to continue to go back, because of it's convenience. I simply choose to be more strategic about what time I'll show up.”
“I can’t say enough great things about Noeli and the entire practice. Noeli has cared for both my childhood dog and my 4 year-old dog, and every single time, she has shown such genuine love, patience, and compassion for them.
You can see how passionate she is about what she does and how much she cares about every animal she treats. I’ve brought my dogs in multiple times over the years for different reasons, and I have always felt completely confident putting them in her care. I cannot recommend them enough 🤍”
“Amazing place and owners they really car for their dogs as pets. The doggies live on clean environment not crowded and normally are playing between each other on the store, they do not leave them there crated, they have an amazing place at home where they take them back every night. They have clear rules so people are not just there to play with the puppies and ask you to follow their hand wash protocol and allow for interaction if you are really interested in buying a pet.
I love their grooming services, my schnauzer comes in happy and when I pick up is playful and plays with the groomer, she feels safe and love there.

“Very attentive and accommodating, considering we went on a Sunday with no appointment. Staff was friendly and the waived the emergency visit fee since it was a slow day. Also, Ginger the cat was a pleasure to pet.”
