“I would think twice about ever ordering anything from them for print. My order got screwed up somewhere between the website and the store. It only became a big deal because it’s customer service is the worst. The in store says they can’t make any changes or handle refunds and the 1800 corporate says it’s a store issue.After a conversation with the store manager later in the day, they did the right thing and handled it appropriately.”
