“Had to do this review to let other customers know about our experience with the Service Department. Start off by saying Iam a small dealer in Ocala and I choose to bring to this location due to the great customer service I receive from the service dept starting off with Kristen Andre answering the phone and being super knowledgeable & real. This is my second time having them fix vehicles that I trusted them not saying it needs this that and all the other smoke. My first visit I had the pleasure to work with Jamie Edwards which was amazing to deal with. He made sure to keep me posted on everything that was going on. This visit I had the pleasure to work with Clay Walters which was also amazing to deal with. Very knowledgeable and delivered great customer service. This service department staff is how other dealers should have the department with the helpful staff and great techs. “I had my SUV Lexus here a few times to repair both bumpers after being hit twice in a span of 3 weeks. I will tell you that there is no better place than this place! From the people working right inside the doors to everyone working on the cars. Lemetreus is the best guy ever! He works on behalf of the customer. It took a while to get the correct bumper on both ends. Lemetreus will not let any job go unsatisfactory. Both bumpers look amazing and I am completely satisfied. I was stuck across the street at TA for almost two days, being ignored and told that parts wouldn't arrive until the next day for a simple fix. Out of pure frustration, I risked moving my truck over to this shop.
These guys are absolute professionals and a lifesaver for owner-operators. They had the exact Bendix purge valve in stock on their shelf, took my truck in immediately, and fixed the entire air leak issue in literally 3 minutes! Honest, fast, and extremely respectful of a driver's time.
