“It used to be hard to find an associate when you walked in but whatever they did, it has definitely changed the store. Now when I come in, there’s always someone there to help.
I recently went in for my Lexus and Jose S. was amazing! He was knowledgeable, friendly and you could tell he cared about your issue and tried to get you the help you needed. He made the process easy for me to understand and when I took it to the mechanic I already knew what to expect so that I wouldn’t get overcharged. I wish Jose could have fixed it himself! But it was an issue outside of Autozone’s scope.
Autozone is definitely my neighborhood auto parts go to store now and I have to thank Jose for making that happen.”
“I had an engine light on. Pep boys said it was $117 to diagnose it and it would take 2 hours. I looked on their website and it states to get the code is free. The guy at the counter said getting the code and diagnosis is different. I said once I get the code I can’t I figure it out on my own? He got mad and send me next door to Autozone. Thank god I did. I did not get the guys name but he immediately went to my car, downloaded the codes, printed them out and explained everything to me. Thank you Pepboys for allowing me to find and always be a customer of Autozone!”

“May 19, 2025 my car had shut down at auto zone there was a young man who offered to help but he never came back, then there was a young man that worked in the store told me about two other men that helped me but I had to wait overnight outside in my car until Tuesday morning. It was OK because the men in auto zone had waited as long as possible for the mechanic to finish. I stayed in my car I was not worried I felt very safe, Davie police came by and sent their tow truck superior towing but it was so expensive I just stayed. Tuesday morning when the store opened I was acknowledged from all the men in the store with a smile and a friendly good morning. The men were so nice and kind they let me use the bathroom and gave me a chair to sit inside to get out the heat until their customer showed up to finish working on my car. I couldn't go without leaving a review because I was so please with not just customer service but the intelligence of all the men. I'm so thankful that my car or myself was not in a danger zone. I want to commend Mr. Rashide Thomas for managing such a tight and respectful store. If I'm ever in trouble again with my car I hope it's at this auto zone in Davie, Florida . And to all the gentlemen at Auto zone thank you so much for all you did for me

His estimate was very fair (lower than other estimate I received from the dealer) and the workmanship was incredible. Car looked brand new. He even detailed the car which was a nice surprise. Mario made himself available by phone and answered every email promptly. Car was ready in just a few days, earlier than he estimated.
