My communications with Paul started over the phone and I felt that he was communicating my position to his sales manager clearly, which is not only often difficult to do, but of the utmost importance when you are trying to negotiate a high value item like a car. Since leasing my car, Paul has reached out to me on several occasions with tips, tricks, and asking about how im liking my car. Undeniably, a class act. The last time I purchased a Cadillac, from another dealer, I didnt receive any sort of followup, let alone an actual phone call.
