“I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Sissy! She replaced the battery in my Nissan Altima, and her customer service was outstanding. She worked quickly and efficiently while still taking her time to make sure everything was done correctly. She even took the extra time to clean everything up, which I really appreciated. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Sissy made the entire process smooth and stress-free. AutoZone is lucky to have an employee like her! I highly recommend asking for her if you need assistance with your vehicle. Thank you, Sissy, for your excellent service!”

“Got my key super fast easy to program and I was off to the races, or maybe just bumper to bumper traffic. What a time. But excellent service and the product just works. I’ve used them for a ‘24 Suburban, and a ‘09 F150. Everything works great. The suburban did need a locksmith programmer but it worked.”

“5.0 Stars is well deserved for Herman and State Auto. Twice I've worked with them, first time (several years ago) my car was repaired to perfection. Second time (more recently) my insurance opted to total my car, which was BS. I decided to keep it and while I was struggling to install a tie rod so I could drive it and repair it on my own terms, Herman kindly offered the use of some of his shop tools.”

“I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Malibu here on December 12, 2024 because I was having issues with some warning lights coming on. My last mechanic would not listen to me as I tried to explain what I was experiencing. As it turned out, I needed a new battery. Thank you "Ricky" for taking the time to listen to my issue as well as fix my problem. I'll be sure to recommend your company to my friends and family.”

“My two experiences here have been excellent!! I wished I could give more than 5 stars. When I first came here to have my vehicle painted after a car accident, everyone was friendly and helpful. They also saw where another paint and body shop messed up my car paint and corrected it for me! That's the day I became a loyal customer to them. When I returned here this year for another car accident, it was a hit and run. They once again didn't disappoint when fixing my car. You want to go somewhere they'll be upfront and at the same time have your back. When my insurance company at that time tried to replace a bumper with a cheap one. They stood up to them on it, and I truly appreciate that because most places wouldn't care about you and your car, your safety. I always recommend them to people. When I'm ready, I'll trust them to paint my entire car. Keep up the amazing job yall do here.”

“Our experience was extremely satisfactory. From the amount of time the vehicle took to be repaired to the detailed work and service. Everyone who we dealt with, Johana and Marcus especially, went above and beyond with their customer service and made sure we were always informed with every detail of the repair and what was going on from the moment my claim was submitted. I recommend Carstar to anyone who needs body shop work. 10/10”

“I'm back! I love my car, but it seems to be an accident magnet. Because of the experience I had with repair on a rear end collision a year ago, it was a no-brainer when I had to choose a shop for collision damage to the passenger-side doors. This repair went as smoothly as the previous, and since neither accident was my fault, all I had to do was sit back and watch the status updates come in. This feature and overall communication of details I've always appreciated. Same clean, professional, and attentive shop, and once again the whole repair process was seamless. Still a well-run and thoughtful establishment.”

“One of the best machine shops in Florida. I have had them deck, check, clean, and work heads and blocks for Toyota and OBS Ford. I have plenty more projects and work coming up with the shop. Jim and the shop staff are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to make sure you get the best advice and parts for your job at hand, whether that be valve jobs, head resurfacing, cylinder bore, crank polishing, stroker block clearances, or anything you can think up. The prices are very reasonable and the work is high quality.”
