“Banking can sometimes feel like pulling teeth, but not at Truist Bank in Wilton Manors!
As the treasurer for a non-profit organization, I often have to make counter deposits with numerous checks. Despite this potentially tedious task, the staff at Truist are always patient and friendly. It’s like they’ve all had a crash course in zen!
What I truly appreciate is their "purpose statement." Truist believes in inspiring and building better lives and communities, and it shows. Encouraging teammates to find and cultivate their personal purpose not only creates a positive work environment but also translates into better service for customers like me. I mean, who knew that banking could actually make you feel good about humanity?
The Wilton Manors location is a breeze to visit—easy in and out, even on my busiest days. Whether I’m rushing to deposit contributions or just stopping by for some financial guidance, I always leave with a smile.
