“I like Five Below except for the fact that they put in the self-service and now because there's so much thefts half the time one is open and the one person has to stand there the whole time and it makes for a very long check out just get rid of them and bring back cashiers it would be so much easier and you need to change the name because there's more items above $5 than below $5”

“First time going to Five Below. Went with my grand daughter for a birthday gift. To say I (we) bought so many cute things. I will most definitely be coming back. Had just what I needed Stitch, SpongeBob and a few other items. The girls were very helpful and so kind, Pamela and Stephanie (I believe is there name cashiers on 2/18 around 6/7pm) store was nicely kept, clean and they helped select two items that I did need just wasn’t to familiar with the items. Will definitely be back to shop at this location some more. It’s addicting this place just like the Dollar Tree. Your girls are perfect just amazing their character. “I’m extremely surprised on the service at this location. I had been on nearly 20 locations around the area and none of them give the customers the service customers deserve like this location. On 06/07 nearly 1:30pm, I visited this location and it was clean and organized. Bathroom was clean, neat and smelling really great like clean. The lady that was stocking is always amazing. Not 4.2 stars, this location deserves 5+ stars.”
