“My husband hurt his foot so he could not drive back to North Carolina. We needed our truck transported from Florida to our home. I called Direct Connect in Pompano Beach and Sally Berry found a transporter for us. She was excellent in customer service and communication. We had to FedEx our key fob back to her office so the transporter could get our truck on his hauler. The man from EE Transport was able to bring our truck to us. We are extremely pleased with how our difficult situation was handled by Sally Berry and her staff at Direct Connect.”

“Had to have a “map” printed on larger than 8x10. Wasn’t sure if the size I wanted. The sales associate was super and knowledgeable. Worked over 1/2 hr to get my map printed (8) copies then printed out my packet. I originally had gone to Staples to have this printed and was told I had to upload to their website and then it would take at least 24hrs. Obviously, UPS, has my printing business when needed for future projects. Thank you UPS for your service.

The staff was friendly and answered her questions and guided her in the right direction to return some of the other stuff that she wasn't able to rerun today. If we need to return more stuff in the future or use UPS Services, we will definitely keep this location open as our option. Yes I recommend this place to others. The parking situation is limited so please be patient.”

“Fernando, his wife for years I wanna say seven years at least have help me do my fingerprints or any other notary and shipment. They are great totally recommend them. They’re always so happy and very nice even when we are a bit of stress about certain things they’re super nice, super professional. I really love coming here for anything that I need and then The service that they can provide. This is the type of store that is around the corner of your house that can notarize they can do all sorts of things Printing shipping anything with fingerprints for Broward schools and badges for schools I love it.
