Also great communication with Endurance, our repair insurance provider. Had tried 2 other repair shops to get that module replaced, to no avail. “I’m from out of town and had an issue with my rental car—the driver-side rear tire was losing air. I stopped by Hamill Tire & Auto, and they took me in right away, diagnosed the issue, and got me taken care of so I could get back to enjoying my vacation with my family.
While I was there, I had the opportunity to meet Pete, a third-generation member of the family and one of the service advisors/managers. I got to hear a little about their story and how long the family has been in business. As someone who really appreciates family-owned businesses, it’s great to see a company continuing successfully through multiple generations. That’s becoming pretty rare today.
Pete provided outstanding customer service and truly exceeded my expectations. What also impressed me was listening to the other advisors interact with their clients. You could tell they weren’t simply dealing with customers—they had built real relationships. They took the time to talk with people, explain what was happening with their vehicles, educate them, and make sure they understood everything. Everyone in the waiting room seemed comfortable and happy while their vehicles were being serviced.
