“I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. Both Dr Mindlin senior and Jr were so wonderful to me and my baby Bella. She was very sick but they never stopped trying to help her. It broke my heart when we had to put her asleep. Dr Mindlin called and tried to comfort me he is more than a veterinarian doing a job he a wonderful person truly caring and loving his job. They say a doctor is only as good as his staff well the staff at Quad City goes over and above to help no where have I ever heard a staff member say you can call as often as you want . There are no words to express my gratitude to the doctors and staff at Quad City”

the staff was friendly and caring. The office was super clean. The Doctor was amazing: Doctor Beth Towning. Actually my dog enjoyed the visit.
I highly recommend a visit.

“I'm only going to give 5 stars for the attention of the administration girls and Dr. Grisel Delafe, who are super friendly, and they make me feel so confident, I have already visited this clinic several times!! The truth is that I am disappointed in the attention of the dentist and the assistant, I don't know what tools she put in my mouth, it hurt a lot and I took it out and put it back in all the time because I didn't know how to fit it or I didn't know how it was going! (I hurt myself under my tongue and palate) the dental doctor didn't give me any solution!!! I went with my wisdom tooth in too much pain and he was not able to tell me what medications to buy and he told me to go to the emergency room in case I had an infection that they would treat me there!!! 1st, I pay for him to take care of me, not for him to send me to another place! I'm going so they can give me solutions! He only treated me for two seconds and hurt me and that's it!! What attention is that? Omg I don't recommend it, it's very expensive and even more so when you have to do a lot of studies!”
“I can’t give Dr. Stone enough praise. The staff is always so attentive, empathetic and patient. Dr. Stone does a wonderful job at explaining what is going on with your pet and provides clear instructions on what to do to nurse them back to normal. I drive all from Miami dade county because of how caring he is with my little senior poodle.”
“I brought my cat here to get her spayed and everyone was so nice and friendly. The prices definitely beat any other place , they don’t try to upsell anything and are honest about additional procedures. But most importantly my cat Selene was comfortable, healing went well and she is in recovery now. I had a concern about how her surgery site looked, sent them a picture and they got back to me right away reassuring everything was going well. Highly recommend them!❤️ thanks to the whole team”

She never rushes you and takes the time to discuss any concerns or questions that I have. Most of all, Bailey really likes her. “I can't recommend these kind-hearted people enough! I came in yesterday with my daughter's Syrian hamster who unfortunately had a large tumor growing on his chest. The doctor and his nurse treated me and our little furball with all the dignity, compassion and respect that any family dog or cat would deserve. They saw me the same day, were very transparent about expectations, and extremely kind to me during a tough moment. It would have been easy to be flippant with such a tiny creature but they treated my grief with the same reverence as the loss of any family member. The hardest part of having a pet is when their little lives come to an end. We all want to make sure that we give them humane and dignified end-of-life care and minimize any needless suffering. The team here allowed me to leave with my conscience and my heart clear knowing that I did the best I could by our little Jimmy ♥️ ? RIP little guy

“First thing is getting someone to answer the phone and scheduling is SUPER easy. That means a lot in a world where you can even hit "0" anymore to speak to someone! Just added an additional dog to the family and brought her in, and as usual, the service is top tier (wish I had this kind of ease at my doctor appts lol).
Very informative, not pushy on buying services (cause things are not cheap anymore). I will always recommend them!! Thank you.
