“I want to take a moment to recognize an outstanding USPS supervisor (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately) who truly went above and beyond to help us locate a missing package. His dedication and professionalism were exceptional. He took the extra step of personally calling all the Mail Carriers who were working both yesterday and today to track down the package, which showed a genuine commitment to customer service that is rare and deeply appreciated.
A huge shout out as well to Maria, who went out of her way to meet up with us and personally deliver the package once it was located. Her kindness, flexibility, and willingness to help made a stressful situation turn into a positive experiences.
Thanks to both of them, what could have been a frustrating issue was resolved with care, urgency, and compassion. This is customer service at its best, and USPS is lucky to have employees like them”
“While this location (as a USPS location only) was permanently closed by the USPS (effective 09 30 2025), It is now a Private Mail Facility, offering Private Mail Boxes, along with the same great customer service...”
“This post office was severely damaged by the 2024 hurricanes and is temporaily closed. A front glass was destroyed, and part of the ceilling are hanging or scattered on the floor. The lobby is locked and the PO Boxes are also out of reach. No notices about repair or reopening have been posted.”

“I always had a real bad recommendations for Post Office in Wimauma ,today I went ,ask for help to reniew my Passport,I went around 9.20 AM,and it was a line waiting for passport,around 6 people waiting, I went back home and came back to POS around 10.20,nobody was there,I spoke to a Boy named Jessie,it was very kind and helpful, it took about 10 minutes ,real fast ,I hope you can find a person like Jessie everywhere you go ,Thank you for your help!!!”
