I was having my tires changed today with a different service station and during the process it was identified that a previous technician in 2025 stripped one of the locking studs on my BMW X3 leaving me in a huge mess! I explained the situation to Jay, he assisted immediately to help free up the stripped stud so that I could get the last new tire installed.
