The website says they take walk-ins Thursday and Friday 9 to 10 AM. Apparently they have some outdated process where they place a list on the front of their door at 7:30 AM and whoever writes their name on the list gets a walk-in appointment. So you have to be there at 7:30 to sign up for a walk-in appointment between 9 and 10 AM. Makes zero sense. They should probably reflect that on the website.

If you have any other option, don't come here unless you enjoy being berated by ridiculous employees who don't know how to do their job. I went in for my passport appointment with everything the government website said to have. The lady at the front told me I forgot some ID thing the government didn't ask for and turned us away after mocking us. The second time I went in with what she asked, she told us that we had forgotten a second ridiculous thing and then claimed it wasnt her who told us we had to bring in the ID she asked for. When we told her to do the application anyway, she mocked us and told us it wasnt her fault if we paid the money and were still rejected. Lo and behold, we now have the passport with no complications because we followed what the federal government told us to do instead of these miserable employees.

Lost my mail for an entire week. Was notified through USPS website and store notifications that my mail was delivered to PO Box on Monday but no mail AT ALL in my box and it is now Friday. Asked the women at the registers if they knew what happened and showed them my USPS TRACKING NUMBER to which they said it was not a "good number" despite it being from the USPS Website. Then attempted to blame the holiday which was Thursday. Why is my mail from Monday and Tuesday missing then? Overall not helpful, very rude and like to speak to you like you're an idiot.

3:15 pm appointment time to renew my 16 year old passport. Got in 3:11pm. He forgot his driver license so dad had to come in. Called my husband and he could be there in 15 minutes. She says that it is too late since he would arrive 3:35 and she will close at 3:30. I begged her because this is 4th time that we are going to different USPS as a walk in on Saturday and they were closed. She said that she has to lock at 3:30 and that is it. Must be nice to have a government job. I got home and I am looking on their website where it shows that they close at 4pm. I am furious. While I am writing this it is 3:55pm. Unbelievable.

Both people who helped me with getting my mailbox key replaced were so kind. Filled up with a call to let me know it had been taken care of. Easy to get in touch with as well.

Terrible customer service. How do you have an attitude first thing in the morning? Sent family to get passport services done and they acted as if that wasn't one of their services they provide. Disgusting attitude from hispanic-looking girl who must've thought we couldn't see her rude facial expressions and sighs of laziness. Wimauma, do better

If you want to have the worst time of your life, visit this office. We had an appointment with my children, we arrived very excited with the family and the lady told us that if we didn't speak English she wouldn't be able to serve us. We had all the required documents

Sadly 1 star is the worst rating, but my experience was worst than 1 star. This is the worst post office that I had been in my entire life. People working there are supposed to help and be nice to everyone, but they're not. I don't know if they are racist or they are just so miserable that they treat people that bad. If you have a question, they say to look it online, and then when you look online and go back to them, they say that there is a mistake online. What kind of customer service is that? The 2 ladies that are working there they don't even have a batches. If you can go to anther post office, even if you need to drive 30 40 mins, don't even think it twice. DONT GO TO THE WIMAUMA POST OFFICE ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️
