“Came in to see about a battery replacement and cleaning of the charge port for my iPhone 13 Pro. Worked with Chris. They didn’t have a battery in stock and checked with another location. Chris continued to clean the port anyway. He did it for free since they didn’t have the battery in stock. He was quick too. Great customer service! Thanks, Chris!”

“Ken’s equipment repair is an excellent company to work with. They were able to help us get our scissor lift back up and rolling quickly. They had a towing company pick it up from our building and haul it to his shop which was super helpful, being we had no way to transport it.
