“I walked in the boost store which was in 4061 LB McLeod road, I didn’t even buy the phone here , but the young lady named Teju, she took her time , she had a very big smile on her and she didn’t even complain once . I wish they give him a raise. If I know about this store before I would have come here at the first place . I am leaving the store with a huge smile on my face . “I went to Brazil on vacation in November and added the international unlimited calling and texting plan. When I returned, my phone could only make calls to some numbers.
I called Tech Support, and three different technicians tried to help me over the phone, but none of them were able to fix the issue. After two months, I decided to go to the store.
Today I was helped by Tanya, who provided excellent customer service. However, the person who actually solved my problem was Johnny! He is a young man who asked to take a look at my phone.
