“Amazing amazing experience from the time I spoke to Ashley to book the appointment. When we arrived the shop was spotlessly clean, soooo many sections of cookie treats,fresh foods ,toys . Samantha was wonderful so gentle, friendly. Lance my pup instantly feel in love ❤️. He is a hard sell on people lol.We definitely will be back, booked our next appointment before we left. So happy we found the perfect place for lance and myself. Do yourself a favor and stop in.

“It was my first time there and they were so lovely! My dogs are seniors and they were so gentle with them, thankfully. I would take them to PetSmart grooming for years and every time they came back their anal glands would be irritated and their skin too. I moved and wanted to try a new place and the good reviews and how close it is to my house drew me to this place. I’ll definitely be taking my babies here from now on! The cute bandanas and the little jewel on my dog were by far the cutest and really topped off the best groom they’ve ever gotten. Thank you!”
“Been shopping at this PetSmart for going on 2 years, thanks to the addition of our zany labradoodle, who not only loves shopping there, but also loved puppy classes, and then privates, with Camille (who is a 10!).
The store stocks a ton, and will price-match both local competitors AND major online competitors. A few caveats, one that really sucks, if I'm being honest. While Petsmart will price-match competitors, I never expected that the single biggest "competitor" I would have to constantly ask them to price-match is... their own chain!
It is beyond me why a large, reputable chain such as Petsmart has completely different pricing online than it does in-store, for the exact same items! For example, our dogs edible bone treats (a girl has to have her afternoon snack each day)... $16.99 on the shelf in the store... $11.52 on Petsmart's website. So if you don't order online for delivery, or for in-store pick-up, or ask for price-matching inside the store, for the exact same item you will pay over 32% MORE for the convenience of driving to the store and buying off the shelf (all promotions, both online and in-store, apply to either price, but still... that's ridiculous!).
And it used to be easy to have the clerks price-match, even if it was their own store, but you still had to bring up their website on your phone each and every time (and this store's wifi is very spotty, as the cell service in this shopping area is horrible on a regular basis), and you have to prove to them that it's the current date/time stamp on your screenshot (I always have to screenshot b/c the wifi doesn't work well enough most of the time, so I have to plan ahead before I leave home... again, ridiculous). WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU, PETSMART? Why do you inconvenience your customers AND your great team members, who... with their "new and improved" cash register/computer system, went from the cashiers having the ability to apply price-matching, $ off coupons from competitors (warning, you must print and bring in $ off competitor coupons unique to the competitors' stores, not just show it on your mobile device).
But now... the cashier has to have a mgr key in every single price-match... the lines take forever now, whereas before, they were always pretty speedy. This is zero reflection on the great team members in our store - everyone tries so hard to be friendly and helpful, but this method of trying to take advantage of customers who are loyal and shop in-store, without advising them of often MUCH lower prices on Petsmart's own website... that reeks of "shall-not-be-mentioned" competitors who should be ashamed of how they try to mislead customers. This does not at all match with Petsmart's customer service credo - not in the least!
Ok, all that being said, we've always found the team at this store to be amazing, and knowledgable! We've made friends forever at this store (as has our little fuzzy girl). And that's what keeps us coming back! Gotta take 1 star off for the ridiculous price-matching debacle, but otherwise, 5-stars all the way around!”

“My French is Chole got her paw stuck in my small cross body purse when I lifted her out of her car seat, I couldn't see how it was stuck but she was in pain, one of the customers on her way in tried to help but couldn't so I went into Pet Smart and asked the cashier if someone could help me get her unstuck. So he called the manager, who successfully got her paw out without causing physical harm. I really appreciated everyone's help. Thank you”

“My gosh this is such a delicious spot for pup cakes/cupcakes & treats. Some serious TLC goods made & decorated to perfection. I got a couple of cupcakes & my pup was obsessed. I tried a little too & I was jealous. Customer service was very friendly & on point. Wonderful experience. Call a bit ahead to order birthday cakes. Definitely recommend & will be returning!!! ??”
“Longgggg story short we placed an order online for same day delivery but delivery didn't workout so we made contact with the store (Oakland, FL) phone lines were down so everything was done by email. Dom was so very helpful and VERY QUICK with response. He helped us arrange for in store pickup and when we got there everything we needed was waiting at the front for us. Worth mentioning the young lady that helped us from the main toll free number was also extremely helpful but unfortunately I didn't receive the email survey for her.
Kudos Tractor Supply for hiring great, friendly, and helpful staff.

“We needed prescription food for our elderly cat. Many of the PetSmart stores don't have it anymore, but this location did. They were very helpful as we hadn't been there before, so we didn't know where anything was. We are grateful to have a store where we can continue to get the prescribed food.”

“I had been on vacation for a week in Orlando and my biggest hope was to buy a couple of society finches. I raised them many years ago amassing 500 at my peak. Not having them for over 20 years I desired to reconnect, but I wanted pearls specifically. I drove by Hector’s on my way to I-4 to leave town and doubled back just on a fluke to see if Hector’s might have something. Not only did he have something, he had exactly what I wanted. 2 pearls and a chocolate society finch were just waiting for me. He had reasonable seed prices and bird prices and I couldn’t be happier. With their hours, service, selection and obvious commitment, I wish them only the best until hopefully I can go there.”
