“The staff here is amazing, after the new owners took over it’s a completely different place. I liked it before, but now I love it really clean and organized and they’re more than eager to help you find things or fix any problems that may arise.”
“My favorite second-hand store to both shop and donate to. The proceeds actually help people who need a job and assistance to get back on their feet. Be sure to visit the Boutique (limited hours), the ladies decorate it with different themes each month. It's stocked with barely worn, upmarket clothes and accessories. Then they wrap up your purchases in pretty bags and sometimes slip extra goodies inside, like perfume or makeup samples. Nice staff doing work that actually helps the people in need in our community.”

“We've been stopping by here to check on thrift deals when passing through Winter Garden for years. As with any thrift store, pricing and selection varies wildly, but I have gotten some great deals on clothes in like-new condition several times here and there are lots of items priced to move. More recently, the name changed and the interior was reorganized. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Limited parking up front, but there is a narrow (one lane!) access to more parking in the back lot.”

“This is hands-down, one of the best thrift stores in all of Orlando. The Salvation Army family store on W. Colonial Dr. in Orlando Florida has incredible vintage and antique glass and dishware, vintage clothing, amazing furniture and art and the prices crush other thrift store such as Goodwill. They are so reasonable - and not only that -the staff are so kind. I received the best customer service from Donald and Rachel, Who are beyond patient with me as I always end up arriving about 20 minutes before they close because I’m coming from after work and they are the sweetest most professional people I’ve ever had the privilege of interacting with. I’m going to continue to go there and I encourage anyone who hasn’t been to check out the Salvation Army family store in Orlando Florida on W. Colonial Dr.”
“This is my favorite kind of thrift store... It's the kind of place that's a family-run affair, the brothers are always super helpful and knowledgeable about what they have in stock, just ask! It's the type of place that you have to walk over stuff sometimes, but in the absolute best way because it's chock full of treasures!”

“Okay, the prices are a little expensive (have you seen Goodwill lately though?) but it’s a really cool place where I find lots of vintage pieces, unique pieces and one of a kind gems. Plus the staff is usually really friendly.”
“Donation expresses are great if you don’t have a drive up/drive-through donation area at your local Goodwill. This one is inside a rain protected overhang that allows you to donate your stuff even in driving Florida rain. People are unfailingly nice and help you unload your stuff. Then you can just whip around the end of the building, park, and go spend money in the Goodwill!”

“I was in the salvation army in Orlando Florida from 9/24/2021 to March 3/27/2022. I graduated on March 27th 2022. I am forever grateful and thankful for that place. I moved to Jacksonville Florida from Pennsylvania for a job and while in Jacksonville Florida last July I drank and things got bad. I went back to Pennsylvania for a few weeks and decided to come back to Florida and I took a plane to Orlando Florida and got accepted into the salvation army. Orlando salvation army is a great place. Very great staff work there and the majors are the best they care about everyone's well being. It's a family there. God picked that place out for me and I am happy he did.”
“I have donated here many times and they are always pleasant and helpful. However yesterday they really went above and beyond!! My daughter accidentally set her new iPhone in one of the baskets being donated and we didn’t realize it until we got home and couldn’t find her phone. Find my iphone showed us that it was at goodwill so we drove back but they were closed for the night. After leaving a message after hours I got a call from a manager a short time later letting me know he received the message and that he reached out to that locations manager directly (Ron). Spoke with the manager again the next morning and he let me know that they had the phone waiting for us. Can’t thank them enough!! All around great experience in a stressful situation.”
“Came in at 8:26pm before closing to drop off a TV. The janitor didn't let me in but I called and the person who picked up the phone let me in to drop off the TV, making my 30 minute drive worth it. Thanks so much!”

“I haven't had any issues dropping things off at this location. I recommend coming via the back of the store under the little overpass as that seems the most frequent way people drop things off. I came in from the front once and had to turn around based on others vehicles etc.”
“Visited this outlet for the first time today Sunday June 2,2024 and i have to say it was not bad at all. Staff was very helpful & pleasant and there was lots to choose from in the bins! Staff was working very hard and keeping rotations of bins steady! Very Pleased with this location!”

“This place is HUGE! The prices are double that of the average Goodwills that I usually go to. The store was well staffed. Their return policy is different as well so be sure you ask if you think that you want to return something. The items are very organized in sizes. They could use more mirrors. Overall, a nice store.”
