“First visit here and was very happy that we stumbled upon it. The thrift store is well stocked and very clean. The boutique was fabulous. Found a few great pieces- prices were awesome and a lot to choose from. The ladies working there were so friendly. Looking forward to coming back.”

“This is the best thrift store in Orlando! So we'll organized, clean, great workers. My adult son got a whole new wardrobe for $40! They didn't have much plus sized clothes for me, but they can't control what's donated of course. They had lots of dishes and furniture as well. I highly recommend checking it out!”

“The staff was very kind and helpful here especially the woman working in the boutique area. I got three beautiful dresses there that would have been twice the price at Goodwill or other secondhand stores. In the boutique area they also had a good amount of name brands. The items that weren’t necessarily name brand were still really great pieces and everything there was in good to excellent condition - you can tell they really try to curate the items in this part of the store. In the main area of the store, they had a promotion of buy one get one free tops! They also had some nice quality furniture there as well for a great price. This was my first time in the store, but the staff were super kind and friendly with all the regulars coming in. Definitely a shop that cares about their community”

“AMAZING. AFFORDABLE. QUICK. this place is amazing! it’s a short PCR T covid test process, you nose swab yourself and will get the results a few hours after. I literally went at 4 and got them back before 5, now sending it for my flight ? also they provide PCRT same day results for the uninsured $30-$50 cheaper than all the other places I’ve seen. TOTALLY RECOMMEND, GO”

“I was in the salvation army in Orlando Florida from 9/24/2021 to March 3/27/2022. I graduated on March 27th 2022. I am forever grateful and thankful for that place. I moved to Jacksonville Florida from Pennsylvania for a job and while in Jacksonville Florida last July I drank and things got bad. I went back to Pennsylvania for a few weeks and decided to come back to Florida and I took a plane to Orlando Florida and got accepted into the salvation army. Orlando salvation army is a great place. Very great staff work there and the majors are the best they care about everyone's well being. It's a family there. God picked that place out for me and I am happy he did.”

“This is hands-down, one of the best thrift stores in all of Orlando. The Salvation Army family store on W. Colonial Dr. in Orlando Florida has incredible vintage and antique glass and dishware, vintage clothing, amazing furniture and art and the prices crush other thrift store such as Goodwill. They are so reasonable - and not only that -the staff are so kind. I received the best customer service from Donald and Rachel, Who are beyond patient with me as I always end up arriving about 20 minutes before they close because I’m coming from after work and they are the sweetest most professional people I’ve ever had the privilege of interacting with. I’m going to continue to go there and I encourage anyone who hasn’t been to check out the Salvation Army family store in Orlando Florida on W. Colonial Dr.”

“Made some holiday donations and am happy doing my part. I'm not ashamed to say I've bought stuff here before and will again. It's a place that has great deals and options. I usually donate at least 3 times a year because let's face it, I have a problem with buying stuff I don't need lol. If you want to donate or buy make sure to support your local Goodwill.”

“A true thrift experience! Tons of things to hunt through, fun $1 and $2 clothing racks, unique antique items and so much more! I loved visiting this store and ended up purchasing several items! The store does have a lot of inventory so don’t let that discourage you from the gems it is filled with!”

“Store is clean, neat, well organized. Great selection of clothes. Men's pants grouped by size. Extra discounts on top of already low prices. Did not see a fitting room. Lots more than just clothes, good selection of books, much more. I am going back when I have more time.”

“I had an outstanding experience at the Goodwill Pine Hills Outlet, and I especially want to recognize AJ and Lewis. They were amazingly kind, helpful, and welcoming, and their customer service really stood out to me. It’s easy to remember a place because of what you find there, but it’s the people who can really make an experience special. AJ and Lewis did exactly that. I truly appreciate the way they treated me and the positive atmosphere they helped create. Thank you both for going above and beyond. Your kindness was noticed and very much appreciated!”

“This is one of the best locations I've ever seen very well organized extremely clean in was invited to come with a friend and was pleasantly surprised when they're great selection and how clean it was normally inside of Goodwill's there's a stuffy feeling but this one seemed very well organized and extremely clean and I was able to breathe after literally if my husband were to walk inside of any Goodwill he will become very congested but I don't believe so this would happen at this one great selection very organized”
