Trustco employees stayed over an hour past closing to add my husband to all my accounts and change the ITF on all my accounts. They were professional, thorough, and kind and made sure everything was done correctly even though it was after hours. So appreciate them!

Pearline and Joseph are aways super helpful, cheerful and deliver the best customer service of any bank around. My mother was a Trustco customer since the 1980s, and when she moved to the Windermere area, continued to use Trustco. Pearline was wonderful to her, and helped me straighten out an issue after mother passed.

While visiting Florida from Chicago, I stopped by TrustCo Bank and had the pleasure of working with Joseph Ramirez. I was absolutely blown away by the level of service he provided. Joseph was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.
I truly wish we had customer service like this back home. Joseph went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer, even though I wasn’t a local. That kind of personalized attention is rare these days.
TrustCo Bank is lucky to have someone like Joseph on their team. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend asking for him. Five stars all the way!

Great customer service from Joseph Ramirez
He turned a bad experience into a good one. I was ready to close out our accounts but he took the time to calm me down, listen and correct a wrong made from another branch. Definitely will travel out of my way to visit the Windermere branch again.
