“We had such a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. A great welcoming staff who checked us in and then the veterinarian assistant who walked us back to the exam room and was taking our information who was very helpful and very informative and caring for our fur babies. Then we met the caring Vetenarian who was so dedicated to caring for our puppies and informing us about their health and well being in addition to giving us so much helpful information to help train our puppies. All while are puppies felt very comfortable and cared for. Great experience from beginning to end.”

“This is without a doubt the best vet office in Florida.

We have been going to a different vet for about 4 years and every time the experience got worse. We hated the experience just as much as our cats did. Our cats would sit an hour+ in the clinic room to only be grabbed and taken to the back room for their shots and yearly tests. We were lucky to be able to talk to the doctor for more than 1-2 minutes. Our last visit lasted 3 hours for a single cat checkup so we looked for a different vet.

Our family raved about Hunter’s Creek Animal Hospital so we thought we’d give it a try. The front desk staff were so kind and accommodating during our visit and made sure our cats were cared for and their owners calm during a stressful visit. Dr. Bayer came in and performed all of the yearly tests and administered their vaccines all in the room. We got to see the care and attention that the doctor provided for our cats during the visit. Both cats were as calm as could be and got to see us the entire time. At one point I was tearing up because it felt like we really found a place that truly cared about our cats. We weren’t some number on a list or part of a queue that needed to be finished. I think this office should be proud that they are providing such a well needed service for their community with professionalism and compassion.

Update: We’ve been taking our cats here for a few years now and while they obviously are never overjoyed to be at the vet, they are so calm with Dr. Bayer and his staff. ? We are extremely grateful for this vet office.”

“I came here for an appointment after my cat had two unsuccessful surgeries! The staff and the doctor were friendly and answered all my questions to ease my worries! The staff overall wasn’t forceful trying to get you to pay for a million things. My cat was having a situation I believed was an emergency and I kept paying thousands for vets to redo the surgery. Come to find out my cats situation isnt as urgent as I thought. Overall the doctor was SO honest with me and understanding and helped me calm down about my pets current situation. Easily would recommend!”

Silver star Animal Clinic and Dr. Andrew Choset is hands down the most knowledgeable and straight to the point veterinarian around. He doesn’t surprise you with prices. “I'd previously been one of those that only took her cat to the vet if something was wrong, but I wanted to have Winnie seen regularly in her senior years. I was worried I'd be scolded about how infrequently winnie had been to the vet in the 3 years I'd had her, but the staff at Kindred Spirits were so kind and never batted an eye at me!

I got set up on an affordable care plan for Winnie to be able to have her bloodwork and exams on a regular schedule every year, and Winnie had a dental cleaning and two extractions. The facility is clean, the staff is so kind to my baby kitty, and they went the extra mile to make sure I felt safe leaving her with them every step of the way. They even went as far as following up the morning after her dental cleaning to see how her night went after anesthesia - attention to detail on lock! So relieved to have found a great practice for my baby!”

“I’ve brought my dogs a few times here already, they’ve seen both Dr. Hayes and Dr. Dosher. All I can say is they’re amazing!!! They were with another vet for 3yrs and they have never been treated as amazing as they have here. My dog is a bit anxious and it would take 3-4 people to handle my dog at the other place. Here they sit down with my dogs on the floor and gain my dogs trust, without any extra help. They are amazing at what they do here, the only downside is that whenever your dog is sick you have to wait a week to a week and half to be seen. So emergencies don’t work here but as a primary it works.”

“While bathing our large dog we noticed an inflamed Dew claw and the team was able to schedule an appointment within 2 hours. Doctor Shah was quick to diagnose the problem and resolved it. Additionally she diagnosed a few joints needing care as well as allergy condition. Pills were prescribed. Then the bill came. I was suprised that the total was very reasonable and well under expectations. We will be scheduling our return visit soon.

2 days later his coat shows marked improvement and has more pep. The inflammation has reduced.

“Everyone at this practice is amazing! All 3 of my pets needed shots and flea treatments. They were able to get me in quickly and also worked with me on figuring out the most affordable way to go about it. Everyone on the team was incredibly accommodating to me as well ∞. They picked up on my anxieties surrounding everything going on and explained in detail what was going to happen every step of the way.

They were able the get all 3 of my babies back to amazing health with zero judgments about the situation I was in and showed extreme compassion. My one cat Little Face had a bad infection. They were able to get me squeezed in at Kirkman Road Vet Clinic for her the have emergency surgery within an hour and even gave her meds she needed while she was still there to help me cut down on costs. They helped save her life and I am so grateful for what they did to help. They also ask for updates every time I'm there and even called after the surgery to make sure everything went well.

My other cat Patches just goes along with almost anything and enjoys the adventure (except when she has to get shots). Once again the entire team does everything they can to make her comfortable and healthy.

My dog Dude is a bit on the aggressive side due to having been abused and abandoned as a puppy before he found me. They were very patient and careful with him. They ensured that they didn't do anything that stressed him out too much and also gave me meds for future appointments to help keep him calmer. They never blame him or me for his behavior and understand that he's not doing it to be mean. Their understanding of animal behavior is off the charts and they really know what they are doing.
The front desk staff is also extremely accommodating. They helped break down pricing of things I maybe didn't understand. Also at one appointment, Dude had an accident in the waiting room. I cleaned up what I could, and when they saw he kept going they said they would get the rest so I could take him outside before it got even messier.

Thank you to everyone at Ocoee Animal Hospital for getting my 3 babies back to where they needed to be all while helping me not get overwhelmed or feeling judged. We are very lucky to have such a caring and dedicated team in our town!”

“My Pupper was dealing with ear mites on one ear … of course I tried treating at home with safe things but I knew it was time to take him to the Vet … I found this one online and was so happy it was so close to home .. I got my appt and was seen the next day …. “I couldn’t be more pleased with the care that my my dog receives at West Orange veterinary. My dog Brodie was very sick last year to the point that I didn’t know if he was going to make it. I took him in as soon as they opened the Stony Brook office and Dr. Shrank was the doctor I saw and took care of Brodie. Since then, we’ve been seeing him and are so very pleased with his care. Brodie has diabetes and pancreatitis so we get seen very often.

Yesterday Brodie had to have his glucose curve screening, which he is there all day long getting his blood checked for his diabetes. Daelynn was at the front desk annd Camille was the tech. They are always very pleasant whenever I go in there very sweet to Brodie. They take such great care of Brodie and never have to worry. Dr Shrank, actually helped me in with Brodie in the morning while I cleaned up after he went to the bathroom.

I never worry when Brodie is there. He gets so much love while he’s in their care. It can be very nerve-racking knowing he’s there and what he’s going through, but I never do worry.

I have never had a bad experience at either location we go to. Everyone takes such great care of Brodie!!
