“The vet was attentive, explained everything thoroughly, and took his time checking her even though my pup was violently trying to escape lol. Most importantly he thoroughly answered my questions about medications and vaccines. He did not recommend unnecessary extra lab work or try to push science diet on me immediately. I paid 150 less than my past vet and he did a bit more than a regular annual due to her ear issue. The vet techs and front desk staff were also awesome. Highly recommend.”

Here, they looked deeper and found alternatives. Dr. Finnel gave our 14-year-old dog the most thorough physical exam I’ve ever seen. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. The customer service was truly extraordinary. Everyone took the time to explain procedures clearly and made both my dog and me feel welcomed, supported, and at ease from the very beginning. Dr. Bayer is absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and compassionate. He was not at all intimidated by my Shar-Pei, approached my dog with calm assurance, and demonstrated a deep understanding of the breed and its common medical concerns. His expertise was immediately evident, and I felt complete trust in his care. The pricing was more than reasonable. After being quoted nearly $4,000 elsewhere for the same services, Hunters Creek Animal Hospital provided an estimate of around $800, which was transparent and fair. What truly stood out was that Dr. Bayer personally called me during my dog’s procedure to provide an update and to ensure I was comfortable moving forward with everything outlined in the estimate. That level of communication, respect, and professionalism is rare. Overall, this practice is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I felt heard, respected, and confident every step of the way. I highly recommend Hunters Creek Animal Hospital,especially Dr. Bayer, to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care. This is truly a wonderful place to bring your pet.”

I’ve also always liked the fact that they’re open on the weekends and there’s more than one Vet for an opinion or two. The only thing I would change is that I wished it was closer to my house. But because I know they’re good people and I can depend on them. I don’t mind the traveling. “Dr.Rosario was so compassionate & both tech who assisted were kind as well. We brought my girl in after many symptoms and signs of sickness. While Xena was growing in age, Dr.Rosario gave me peace of mind and encouraging words that she may have time, let’s give her a fighting chance. We did decline bloodwork on the first day but brought her in the next day for a full CBC, which showed that she was suffering. It was time to say goodbye to my beloved baby. Our techs & Dr were very supportive as my partner wasn’t there with me, they offered emotional support during our time & were very empathetic to the situation & choosing an urn that would commemorate my girl. They even brought in some chocolates and snacks while I said my goodbyes. I didn’t feel pressured as or rushed at all, although they were close to closing. Ashley at the front desk was super sweet. I can’t say enough nice things about any of the staff here, they were amazing. They were able to fit us in day-of for both appointments. Thank you all for putting in the time, care, and effort to making my girls last moments comfortable for the both of us. I hope to see you guys again in the far future when we are ready for another pet.”

“Dr Finnel is one of the most caring experienced and honest Veterinary in the Orlando area! . We travel 25 minutes to go see him. Our fur babies passed and present have been patient of Dr. Finnell for 20+ years. We recently had a scare with our fur legged granddaughter and we called and the front desk receptionist Emily? so sorry I am terrible with remembering names. I was crying hysterical and I know she could hardly understand me, but she got me calm and reassured me that she would get me in immediately to see Dr. Finnell and said a prayer for us. She is always giving us coupons for items we need to purchase. When we arrived Dr. Finnell after asking us a couple questions and examining her knew exactly what was going on. He did bloodwork and a urinalysis to make sure what he suspected. Doesn’t try to do anything to make more money like some other veterinarians out there from what I have seen and been told. Our sons have fur babies and travel also to Dr. Finnell. We highly recommend him and are thankful for his continued expertise and loving care to our Fur Babies. All the other Veterinarians Vet Techs and Office staff are amazing also.”
