“Accidentally tore off my front bumper and bent the plate. Devastated because I LOVE my Tesla! ...they're beautiful cars but the company is a pain to deal with. We couldn't get an appointment to have our car looked at at our local Tesla place until Dec 18th! Meanwhile, I NEED this car TODAY to pickup my kid and run errands and help family etc. I can't wait until Dec 18th JUST to be told to leave it with them while they order parts! I'd be out of my only car for months!Called Main Street Collision on a mechanic friends recommendation and spoke to Jay. I explained what happened, sent him the picture of my defaced Tesla and he gave me a rough run down of what he could see and parts he thought we might need. I asked him if there was ANY possible way I could still drive it until the parts came in because there is NOTHING ELSE wrong with it! The front bumper has just come off! He said to bring it in and they'd have a look at it.I brought it in, they looked at it, and he said they'd do what they could but he thought they'd be able to at least TRY to put the face back on. These guys are a popular shop. They had my bumper put on and in place in less than 1.5hours! And I only just essentially dropped in, AND they're busy cause they're popular.Jay was an absolute LEGEND. Very easy going. Super easy to talk to, wasn't judgemental about my stupidity ??‍♀️ he was extremely understanding and did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable while I was waiting (he told me I didn't have to wait there and could go home, but it's my ONLY car, so I waited). He drove my car out and I nearly cried. I THOUGHT I was going to have to wait months before being able to drive my car, and get stuck waiting for Tesla and their rotten customer service etc. But no. Jay made it possible for me to drive away and be able to go pick my kid up. I can now wait for parts while still being able to drive my car!Look, if you want a friendly place, where they do great work, are super understanding, actually CARE and TRY HARD and not just blow you off and try to stiff you for money, GO HERE. They're amazing. Really.I cannot thank them enough. They saved me. So much time would have been wasted. I will ALWAYS come back to these guys first.”

“I don't know the young lady's name to help me on Sunday with an issue on a starter that my daughter's fiance had bought and when I tried to install it it wasn't quite right and getting fit I took it back to the store and this is not the store it was bought from but this young lady went way out of her way to help me she brought out another starter that was listed as an alternative part number and it didn't work either being sharp as a tack she suggested that I get the OEM part that they didn't have but she could have it the next morning at 8 I'm so happy to have met her she fixed a problem that I was really afraid would not be fixable well I don't know your name I certainly appreciate your effort you went far above and beyond what I would have expected again thank you so much”

“I needed to have a hydraulic hose made on a Saturday of all days. I arrived within 1/2 hour of them closing, and the hose was complete before they closed. Great service and very helpful over the phone. Of course it's Napa so they also sell auto parts and supplies.”

“This place is pretty good. Wish there was a way to reverse lookup parts too know what vehicle has them but that also means no one else can easily either so the treasure items might not all be picked already... trade off i guess. Parts are cheaper than other yards usually too.”

“My battery was dead and I jumped start it to drive to this shop during nightime. Allexis Avellaneda helped me to diagnose the battery and patiently explained what those metrics mean. He also checked to see if the battery is still in warranty and called the manager to approve a free replacement. He eventually brought some tools out and offered to help me replace. Despite being late in the day and the shop amost closing, he followed the procedures and did everything to make my experience happy! What is impressing to me is that, as I planned to drive back home, I saw another car parking and asking him for help. Allexis immediately took care of that customer, yet with energy and professionalism. A fantastic person for a company to have with lots of potentials!”
