“While on vacation in Orlando FL, I stopped at this location on 7/26 to purchase a screwdriver and ask if they knew of any mechanics in the area. I was having issues with the AC in my car. I experienced probably the BEST customer service at an Auto Parts. The customer rep that I spoke to (Buzz) was fantastic. He actually took the time to ask me the issue with the car, and to assist me in opening the hood, and swapping two relays. This was my first experience at an O'Reilly Auto Parts, and I am glad I stopped there. Thank You Buzz for your great customer service skills.”

Value for Money: It’s unbeatable. If you're looking to save money, this is the place to go.
Quality of Work: The service was done correctly, with no issues and no surprises when the bill came.
No Upselling: Unlike many other shops, they didn’t try to push unnecessary services on me. On the flip side, they weren't proactive about suggesting other maintenance either—they just did exactly what I asked for.
The Reality Check (The usual):
Wait Time: Even with the shop looking relatively empty, the wait was several hours long. This is pretty much the standard for Walmart and didn't stray from the pattern.
The Verdict: If you want something practical and affordable, this is a great choice—up to a point. If you’re in a rush, it might not be for you, but for a straightforward job at a great price, you can go without worry.”
