They were friendly, and I felt they really were concerned about my safety driving home after the freak accident with the flying road sign. “Truly do not even look any further or go to any other shops! These guys are ? honest and their work speaks volumes! They’ve now seen and worked on 2 of my vehicles. I put my cars through the wringer as I use them for work. These guys have fixed my ac perfectly and a major oil leak on my Buick encore! They recently saw my Toyota solara where another shop (I know stupid of me to go anywhere else but I wasn’t thinking right lol) and they said I needed all these things done and that my car was technically unsafe to drive. BCQ took a look and they were honest and told me the one major thing was perfectly fine, and the other 2 things are not needed anytime soon! They told me what to watch for and listen for and you best believe I’ll be back at their shop getting them repaired. I’m so grateful to have a place I can trust! It’s my boss that led me to them! They are hands down the best shop in central Florida!”

“My Volkswagen cc had some serious issues with cut up wiring under my hood. A lot of places couldn't fix it and a lot of places wanted to charge an insane amount. Jason's bug ranch did it for a great price and many years later the work is still holding up. If you want somewhere you know your car will be taken care of, I'd recommend them. Any time I've taken it somewhere else because I had to, I just wished I could have taken it here. Make sure you set appointments ahead of time so you can get in”

“No problem with this place. The guys are pretty good and upfront. The price, being reasonable.. The place itself has been my family’s go to place for all car parts for years with all of our different vehicles. They have a large inventory you can check online and it’s well organized by brand, row etc. For the people who leave negative reviews… probably you seemed dishonest or wanted to take advantage of pricing and such. If you are honest and have good intentions and communicate well you shouldn’t have a problem with anyone here. Entry is cheap. Overall - amazing place! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thankful to live right next to this gem of a place.”

“Ok, I’ve serviced 3 vehicles here over a few years. Like others have said it’s not your in and out in 30 minutes oil change but being thorough takes time. What really made me keep coming back was watching the technician torque my lug nuts after a rotation, once putting the wheels on and again after going on a quick spin around the block. Most shops just hit them with an impact gun. When a shop slows down a bit and follows best practices like that … they get my business”

I took my Buick to the dealership and they told me it was going to cost $6k to fix my car and charged me $300 to tell me this.
I found Wes' shop through a google search and took my car there for a second opinion. They had it diagnosed and repaired for less than $1,000.
Even knowing what Buick tried charging me, he was honest and only charged me for the repairs I truly needed.
I will NEVER go to another shop again, I HIGHLY recommend these people!!!

“This is the second car sam has worked on for me. He comes on time yeah u could barely understand him lol but he getting the job done at a reasonable price. A couple mobile mechanics was trying to charge 290 and up for an alternator job. Sam did it for 140. My alternator is on the bottom its not a easy job like most cars with the alternator on top. While sam was working on my car his phone was ringing constantly. He answered while hes working. That impressed me so i left this review”
