What a bizarre and unprofessional experience. I go up to return something and 3 teens are just sitting on the merch counter (I assume/hope they work there) laughing and then just blank staring at me. There was a guy that asked if it was a return then got who I assume was the manager. She didn’t say a word to me, did my return as the teen girls on the counter kept staring and then handed me my receipt. So awkward.

Full of teenager employees standing around doing a whole lot of nothing. No greeting, no acknowledgment during my whole experience. Nothing but banter between them all. One male almost accidentally hit me with a water bottle. All of them laughed. Time to train the teenagers how to interact and be a present employee.

I only come here because my daughter likes to shop here. EVERYTIME I come here the customer service is awful. I walked in this time, all 4 people working were sitting on the counter on there phone looking down. Never looked up once. One was sitting my the register with her back turned. No one even said hello. The store was a MESS! Clothes on the floor, dressing room was a horrifying. I don't know what else to say, disappointing. We didn't buy anything, I refused.

Just walked into the PacSun as my daughter wanted to look around to buy some clothes with birthday money she had. As soon as we walked in (party of 4 with plenty others in the store at the time, 6:53pm), one of the store clerks immediately greeted us telling with “just so you know, we close soon at 7”. I made a comment to my mother, who was shopping with us, about how I felt like we were immediately being rushed out and then heard the same store clerk exchanging words with another employee on how “ people should get the hint”. I told her I heard her comment and she tried to brush it off and act innocent as she realized I heard what she said. Our party immediately discontinued our search and left the store as we did not feel welcome. Store clerk was female, very pale skinned with light brown hair and made this comment to another store clerk, male, who was wearing a backwards baseball hat.

Horrible staff ,I stop by today at6:45pm to return something that didn’t fit she lock the doors while she saw me coming toward her , I was knocking the door and she is watching me from the desk, come on seriously, that is very unprofessional, I will never shop here again, ciao

I didn't like the service twice, the guy who answered the phone laughed when we spoke English, making a point of not understanding and I still laughed, total disregard, the region is full of Brazilians so we felt a little more polite in the service, it's normal that we have an accent, We are not natives, but we are consumers

The female manager Natalie glares at everyone and then gives you an attitude about having change. Completely unprofessional demeanor to me the whole time I felt uncomfortable around her. Wish I had another cashier to deal with is all I can say

fix your hours! I drove two hours to get to this PacSun because it said it was open on Google just to find out it was closed when I got there what a waste

I don’t even know how this store or perhaps Pacsun in general is in business. Is an over priced store with terrible technical capabilities and customer service. You walk in there and the first they are telling you is that are closing in 30 minutes, then again we are closing, then again we are closing in 15 minutes. Then again we are closing in 10 minutes and it goes on. The music is so loud they can even hear you giving them your phone number to look up your account. Is more like a party in there. Called cause I didn’t want to drive there since I can’t stand the store. They can’t look up anything with the ticket information that’s hanging off the garment. So frustrating when you don’t have the time to deal with this over a piece of garment.

Rude manager Natalie ! Unacceptable attitude. It’s shocking that she is the manager. Was rude to many of the people shopping and definitely should not be in retail. I highly suggest not shopping or giving any of your money to this store. Additionally fire Hazzard locking the front door while people are in the store.
