I had a great experience shopping at PacSun Winter Garden thanks to Roberto. He was super friendly and helpful during my visit. He had a great attitude, and helped me find exactly what I needed. Really appreciated the awesome customer service! I will continue shopping there.

We just left the store and had the best customer service experience from Ryan, they were experiencing some issues and they couldn’t take payment. Ryan tried his best to help us and even though we couldn’t pay in store he walked us through how to do it online with all the coupons we had lol

I would like to complain that the service hours are always closed, they do not comply with the schedule that is on google, sometimes there are 30 minutes and they close the doors indignantly
