I only come here because my daughter likes to shop here. EVERYTIME I come here the customer service is awful. I walked in this time, all 4 people working were sitting on the counter on there phone looking down. Never looked up once. One was sitting my the register with her back turned. No one even said hello. The store was a MESS! Clothes on the floor, dressing room was a horrifying. I don't know what else to say, disappointing. We didn't buy anything, I refused.

I didn't like the service twice, the guy who answered the phone laughed when we spoke English, making a point of not understanding and I still laughed, total disregard, the region is full of Brazilians so we felt a little more polite in the service, it's normal that we have an accent, We are not natives, but we are consumers

The female manager Natalie glares at everyone and then gives you an attitude about having change. Completely unprofessional demeanor to me the whole time I felt uncomfortable around her. Wish I had another cashier to deal with is all I can say

fix your hours! I drove two hours to get to this PacSun because it said it was open on Google just to find out it was closed when I got there what a waste

I don’t even know how this store or perhaps Pacsun in general is in business. Is an over priced store with terrible technical capabilities and customer service. You walk in there and the first they are telling you is that are closing in 30 minutes, then again we are closing, then again we are closing in 15 minutes. Then again we are closing in 10 minutes and it goes on. The music is so loud they can even hear you giving them your phone number to look up your account. Is more like a party in there. Called cause I didn’t want to drive there since I can’t stand the store. They can’t look up anything with the ticket information that’s hanging off the garment. So frustrating when you don’t have the time to deal with this over a piece of garment.

Rude manager Natalie ! Unacceptable attitude. It’s shocking that she is the manager. Was rude to many of the people shopping and definitely should not be in retail. I highly suggest not shopping or giving any of your money to this store. Additionally fire Hazzard locking the front door while people are in the store.

Privileged and entitled. There’s a whole pandemic and the white privileged Taylor Monroe doesn’t even have the decency to wear her mask properly. Folding clothes and breathing and coughing on them. Don’t bother shopping at this store unless you want to get infected.

I am a frequent shopper at this store. There are always very polite employees and are always super chatty! All of my experiences have been positive here and would definitely recommend! :)

I had to wait over 10 minutes for a return when the store wasn't busy. There were maybe 2 people in the store. I lay most of the blame on the cashier worker that couldn't do my return because she isn't manager and her lack of concern for my wait. She told me that a manager would be with me in a few minutes. She didn't call anyone from the back, nor did she have an ear piece indicating any sort of communication. She just turned her back to me and the entire store focused on folding sweaters. It was just a weird feeling. Maybe I am just too old, clearly I wasn't shopping for myself here but I do expect being treated a certain way when I am in a store for any reason. I have worked retail and retail management in my youth and know I would have been reprimanded for lack or urgency and care and the image I was portraying. I don't think PacSun wants their stores to be considered a joke with regards to customer service. However, this store does seem to consistently underwhelm me. Training is the key to helping change my image. My kids might like shopping here, but they are using my money and I can change our habits if I choose to do so.
