Walgreens is described as a great business with helpful and pleasant pharmacy technicians. The staff, including Max and other gentlemen, have been praised for handling difficult situations professionally and admirably. The pharmacy services, such as vaccinations by Ms. Hong, have been commended for their outstanding work, great personality, and being perfectly professional with minimal wait time. However, some pharmacy staff have been reported to be less friendly when frustrated with customers.
Eww just eww! Why do people have customer service jobs with NO customer service skills? Literally an ugly experience from walk in to check out. The cashier had nothing but a bitter face and when he checked us out a disgusting attitude. Walgreens do better!!
