“Very clean and welcoming atmosphere to shop. The parking lot is clean, and they seem to be vigilant on retrieving the shopping carts from the parking lot. Cashiers and baggers are always friendly and engaging.”
“This store is always clean and the people who work there are always friendly- and I find the people shopping there are usually really friendly too. The prices of everything are out of control tho. I had a bunch of grapes, they rang up at 17 dollars. For a bag of grapes. Not Publix's fault, but I do find their prices are typically more than most other stores. Even their BOGO deals don't make shoping there a good idea if you are on a budget. They need to be more competative with other stores @Publix Corporate”

“I've never had a bad experience at this Publix. The employees have always been very friendly and accommodating. Some of the people in the deli/sandwich area seem to make it a point to remember you and your family. This simple gesture turns shopping from a cold, get in/get out in a hurry experience to a...warmer, more welcoming experience.”
“I will recommend this pharmacy to anyone and everyone. it's one of the last pharmacies where you receive personal care. the pharmacist knows your name when you walk in they go out of their way to save you money whenever possible they are very caring and prompt I can't say enough about the service I received from this pharmacy especially compared to other pharmacies. I needed a prescription filled as an emergency after hours I called the emergency line at the pharmacy and the pharmacist actually answered in his home and set up a time for me to meet him at the drugstore and pick it up after hours you don't see this service anywhere else in the world anymore!”
“They have really good customer service. They carry medications that the big chains don't carry (along with discount cards in case it's not approved through insurance). I don't live in the delivery area, but that's a nice feature for those that do.”

“I come at least once a month to pick up my refills and the whole team here is wonderful. If you’re lucky and get Thi at the window know you’ll be in great hands! She’s genuinely friendly and fun, makes your pickup easy, and can multitask like true pro!!
Today Thi went above and beyond so have to highlight her! I had 2 prescriptions called in from an Urgent Care for my 5 year old. We needed them same day and they didn’t have one in stock. She jumps on the phone to call other Walmarts nearby to pull that 2nd prescription. I’m usually there with my little and as she’s waiting on hold she asks if I’d like my flu shot. I’m usually there with my little so I say “maybe next time” but today YES let’s do it. I fill out the form on my phone from a QR she gave me and as she’s getting the other pharmacy set up to take the prescription they get my shot ready.
I check out, and head straight to get my flu shot which took a whopping 3 minutes. As I’m driving to the other Walmart I get my notification that it’s ready for pick up.
Thank you Thi for always being a highlight of an otherwise mundane task! At my company we have a saying: Be Memorable. From Thi’s always fabulous nails (I love seeing the new style each month!) to the smile she has on her face everytime you greet her at the window, Thi is a memorable figure at this pharmacy and one of the reasons I drive 15 minutes here each month when there are a dozen closer pharmacies to my home.

“Publix at Avalon Rd / Lakeside Village () This Publix location hits all the marks for me -- and earns the full five stars. It's got that signature Publix friendliness, but with a few extra perks. The layout here is different from other stores, and honestly, it makes shopping kind of fun. The space feels more open, almost like a "deluxe" Publix, and there's even a second-level break area for employees -- love seeing a store that takes care of its team like that. Most importantly for me: self-checkout. YES. A total win for grocery runs when I want to get in, grab what I need, and head out. Like every Publix, the fresh produce, deli, and grab-and-go items are great. I'm a big fan of their salad kits and fruit here too -- it's become our go-to spot for those "midweek restock" essentials. If you're debating between Publix locations nearby, this one is a great experience -- efficient, clean, and a little more modern-feeling than some others. It's officially my preferred Publix in the area.”

“Went in for vaccines and the process was flawless. Had made our appointment on line and had filled out the paper work. It made everything go super fast and easy. The pharmacist took us into the little medical room and the shots were administered expertly. Pharmacist super friendly and professional. Highly recommend for any vaccine.”

“Writing this review specifically because of the pharmacist Dr. Amira, she was great. She was the only person working in the pharmacy and was still quickly taking care of customers and processing prescriptions. Very impressive. At other pharmacies there’s like 4 people back there and they all just stand around and make you wait. This cvs is always very busy, so there’s a wait sometimes, but it’s not from laziness. It’s from a lack of staff in such a high volume area. This is not the pharmacist’s fault, so please stop taking it out on them!!! Thank you Dr. Amira, we need more pharmacists like you.
Reading some of these 1 star reviews, the lack of compassion people have is crazy. Yes the pharmacy closes from 1:30-2 pm that is the pharmacist’s lunch break. They work from 9 am - 7 pm, and that 30 min is the only break they have in a 10 hour shift. Can we please bring back having consideration and compassion for others?”

“What to say about Walgreens?I like this store. It's not too full and it's the only pharmacy chain that sells our organic gummy bears.The floor has markings for social distancing and they are wearing masks. They also have the plastic screens and hand sanitizer at the cashier counter.The floor needs some help, though. Stripping and waxing needed asap!”
