Startlingly bad customer service consistently for a couple of years now. They are like a poorly functioning conveyer belt that deals with complaints with shrugs and recriminations. Publix is way better but my insurance prefers 90 day scripts which narrows the options. Really wanted to avoid doing so because of previous experience, but I will use Express Scripts before darkening the door of another Walgreens.

The worst pharmacist and pharmacie in town. Bad service never on time and the Asian pharmacist is so rude .I'm switching to an other store.

Pharmacy visit today vaccinations. Went great. Normal paperwork processing, minimal wait time for the appointment. Actual injections by Ms Hong, outstanding work! Great personality, very friendly, perfectly professional, best pain- free jabs ever! Thank you!

I had a disappointing experience at Walgreens recently. They had a sale sign for masks at $21.99, and it was also advertised as "buy 1, get 1 free." However, when I went to the cashier, one of the masks rang up as $36 and wasn't included in the buy 1 get 1 free deal. I explained the price discrepancy to the cashier, but they didn't accept it. They charged me $29.99 for one mask and $15.49 for the other. I even mentioned that I expected to pay $21 for both masks with the buy 1 get 1 free offer, but they refused to honor it. I don't think $50 isn't a huge issue, but the cashier's response lacked transparency and honesty, which disappointed both customers and the store's reputation. I've had positive experiences at most Walgreens stores, but I won't be returning to this location particularly to waste my time.

Called and asked if they had a prescription. The answer was yes. I asked them to get the transfer from publix. They said if they did that the pharmacy tech would have to call the doctor the next day (this was around 1pm) and I couldn't get it till then but if I called my doctors office and send it over, I could get it same day. So I did that. The first prescription apparently didn't come through so they told me to call back in an hour. Not there. Told me to have it resent. Had it resent. Left me on hold for 20 minutes. Had my wife walk in while I was on hold. They don't have it and no store nearby has it.

Worst pharmacy experience. The Asian lady and the young girl both were very rude to me and the Asian lady started yelling and talking over me over the phone.I wanted to cancel a delivery for my medication and was told I had to do it myself. Tried. Called the customer service and was told my pharmacist must do this.Ok. Maybe she misunderstood me.I call back and the young girl answer, I explain I want to cancel my delivery and pick up in store. Couldn’t even finish that sentence because the Asian lady immediately started yelling and talking over me AGAIN. Then they hung up on me. At this point I’m upset with how I was wrongfully treated, but at least I got my delivery cancelled. WRONG.I come home from work and my medicine is left at the front door while I was at work for 9 hours! Now I’m absolutely livid.You treat me with absolute disrespect and refuse to fix my order???How dangerous and careless can you be with your patients and their medication?!Will be getting in touch with corporate about her and her nastiness.Why be in a job thats suppose to help people and make sure they have their medication if you’re this rude?You can tell she hates her job.Walgreens do better. You lost a long time customer.

Unfortunately, I’ll never be using this pharmacy again due to the Asian lady working here. She was incredibly rude to my wife, it was uncalled for and in the process we didn’t get the medication that was very much needed. Walgreens what are you doing? Their are many people complaining about this employee and you just lost one more customer.

Hong & maria the pharmacists are both incredibly rude and lack empathy towards patients and their technicians. I’ve witnessed both of them yelling at customers and both of them are wildly unsuited for this job & are terrible representatives to walgreens.

The female pharmacy representative is the most rude you've ever met in your life. She said her name is 'Maria' but I've repeatedly had her yell at me, yell in the phone, and scream. I am a business owner and very successful, intelligent, and compassionate individual - and I have never in my life been treated so brutally rude by anyone in my life. She should be released from her position immediately so she can spend time reevaluating how she treats others.

The female Asian pharmacist is the worst you can possibly imagine. I can’t believe Walgreens hired people like that without any preparation to deal with the public.She’s rude and disrespectful. I seen many complaints about her over the years, the store doesn’t do anything about it. I never complain or move forward when something happened to me, but today she mistreated my daughter. So I went all the top to corporate.They just lost 7families for that!!!!!
