Walgreens is described as a great business with helpful and pleasant pharmacy technicians. The staff, including Max and other gentlemen, have been praised for handling difficult situations professionally and admirably. The pharmacy services, such as vaccinations by Ms. Hong, have been commended for their outstanding work, great personality, and being perfectly professional with minimal wait time. However, some pharmacy staff have been reported to be less friendly when frustrated with customers.
This is a solid drug store and pharmacy. The staff is patient and helpful. The store is stocked with great items especially their seasonal aisles.

Max is great!! There was a discrepancy with a products price, max went out of his way to address the problem and fix it. Max was also very friendly and helpful! Great customer service max
