“I brought my car in for repair on a leaking trunk. The owner was very friendly, trustworthy, and straight to the point. I left my car with there and he called several times informing me of what was found. What I thought would take a few days, they were able to detect and repair leak, dry out water in trunk and mats within a few hours. This was all done at a reasonable price. I am new to the area and feel so blessed to have found someone I trust in taking care of maintenance on my car as the need arises. I don't have to look any further. Thank you!”

“My experience with Jarrett-Gordon Ford was spectacular, mainly due to the hard work of my salesman Victor Ballesteros to make this a quick, seamless, and remarkably easy purchasing process. The dealer was even working to deliver my vehicle, but to make my pre-approval lender happy I came in, which was great cause I got to see the hard work of the detail Victor setup before I signed for my brand new F150. I really can’t say enough how painless this experience was, no gotchas in the finance office, no gotchas at the sales table, what Jarrett-Gordon presented to me initially was what I saw out the door. Thank you very much Victor and the team at Jarrett-Gordon, and I will be recommending this dealer to anyone seeking a fair and great Ford dealer in the future!”

“The Gentlmen who helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. He was efficient and no messing around. Straight to the point. No upsetting either. He showed me all the options and I was able to choose the right option. I highly recommend. I went to Advance Auto a few minutes before and the clerk told me she couldnt help me because she was the only one on register. Meanwhile there was a man standing in the back. So I left and came to O'Reilly because Pep Boys was closed as well.”

“Professionalism, integrity, honesty, friendliness, top notch customer service, and attention to detail are all qualities Rob and his team at Keenan's Precession Collision exude. For my first time needing body work on my car, I wasn’t sure what exactly to expect. Rob guided me through the process right from the start. He was instantly able to view the damage while simultaneously explaining what repairs were required. He was clear and communicative every step of the way. He made sure I was informed and updated through calls and texts of the repairs, timeline, and when it was ready. In fact, he saved me time and money on my rental by having my car ready days earlier than originally estimated. I was so pleasantly surprised and impressed by the turnaround time and the professionalism of the work! There is absolutely no sign any damage ever occurred. The repairs are flawless! This is a rare gem of a family owed and operated business. If my friends or family ever need bodywork, this is the place I will without hesitation highly recommend! Much thanks to Rob and his crew for getting this taken care of so I could move past it seamlessly and easily and get back to normal!”

“My Car sustained some rear bumper damage as well as a few miscellaneous dings and dents. When Rohan was finished, my six-year-old car looked almost like it had just come from the showroom. Besides making all the damage disappear, he did a masterful paint job. The color match is perfect. Golden Touch is a rather small shop that probably takes in more work than it can handle comfortably, so the customer should expect the job to be done methodically. But, the customer's patience is rewarded with a first class, excellent quality job.Services: Body & Trim”

“I called to verify how to place an order to ship through Amazon to their store, after fighting Amazon tech support for 2 hours. Mitchell graciously found the error, walked me through the process, and was able to help me find a solution. At this point, I do not care as much on price point (though they were the best for price that I found for my needed parts). I will continue to do my business with this supplier based on Mitchell's knowledge, professionalism, and courteousness. You just can not pay for that! Thank you Mitchell!”

“This was the best car buying experience! Our sales person, Teri, helped us get the best deal out of all the dealerships we visited looking for my new Explorer. This dealership had professional staff that came outside to greet us... in the rain! Teri and the financial manager stayed after closing to help us gather the numbers we needed to make an informed decision. We found a similar vehicle at Bill Curry but the dealer fees were ridiculous making it $6k more. We walked out and called Teri. She started the paperwork while we drove back to Winter Haven and made the whole process painless. I would highly recommend this dealership and Teri for your vehicle needs.”
