Chase Bank is a financial institution that has received mixed reviews from its customers. According to the feedback, the bank's tellers and staff have generally been friendly and accommodating, with one customer describing their experience as "great" and praising the teller's "great attitude and friendly smile." Another customer, Ana Bautista, was particularly helpful in setting up a business account for a customer, demonstrating patience and explaining everything the customer needed to know. However, the bank has also faced some challenges in providing efficient and consistent customer service. One customer reported difficulty in handling a check transaction, as they were initially told that the transaction could not be completed at the branch and would need to be mailed to Chase Auto Finance. After several phone calls, the customer was eventually able to have the transaction processed at the branch. Additionally, some customers have noted that the bank's lobby can be crowded, with limited seating available, and that it may be best to schedule an appointment as a new customer to ensure a smooth experience. Overall, Chase Bank seems to offer a mixed experience, with some customers praising the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, while others have encountered challenges in getting their banking needs met. The bank may benefit from improving its customer service processes and ensuring a more consistent experience across its branches.
Went to open a business account and Ana Bautista took great care of us, she set everything up with patience and explained everything we needed to know. Highly recommend her

There were only four chairs for seating 8n the lobby. If you want to open an account as a new customer it is best to call for an appointment. Other than that everyone was most accommodating, if a bit stiff.
