She gives my pup a treat (now my pup believes) that the capsule in drive through is a never ending treat receptacle.All kidding aside she is very lovely. I do also like banking with South state, always very easy to deal with...But really, Leela deserves a raise.”

“I have gone to to this Chase a number of times with my uncle and they have welcomed me and helped me kindly. They were always very cordial. I go nervously and humble to the one in Lakeland to handle a matter for my uncle, and it was a whole different dynamic. Cold and condescending. This person must have woken up with the same clothes from yesterday and the wrong side of the bed to go to work. I noticed a slight attitude, however, I was helped with the matter. Maybe a bad day?!
Hope the situation is better next time, or I just keep going to Winter Haven.”
