“I have gone to to this Chase a number of times with my uncle and they have welcomed me and helped me kindly. They were always very cordial. I go nervously and humble to the one in Lakeland to handle a matter for my uncle, and it was a whole different dynamic. Cold and condescending. This person must have woken up with the same clothes from yesterday and the wrong side of the bed to go to work. I noticed a slight attitude, however, I was helped with the matter. Maybe a bad day?!
Hope the situation is better next time, or I just keep going to Winter Haven.”

“I drop of deposits and sometimes get change for the business I work for. I see Diana usually on Mondays and Wednesday mornings. It’s always a pleasure to go in and see the folks working.
