“I drop of deposits and sometimes get change for the business I work for. I see Diana usually on Mondays and Wednesday mornings. It’s always a pleasure to go in and see the folks working. Everyone has a smile, asks how I’m doing, if I want something to drink. It’s an everyday errand turned into such a pleasant interaction every single time. Diana is such a gem ( and gracious even when I miscount 😬) overall 10 out of 10!!”

“I always have an outstanding experience at Trustco Bank in Winter Haven! From the moment I walked in, I am greeted with genuine kindness and professionalism. Deborah, Barbarah, Neyshla, and Angel always go above and beyond to make sure all my questions are answered and that I feel valued as a customer. Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to help made the entire banking experience smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find a team that is not only efficient but also truly cares about providing exceptional customer service. If you're looking for a bank where you're treated like family and your financial needs are handled with professionalism and integrity, I highly recommend Trustco Bank in Winter Haven. Thank you, Deborah, Barbarah, Neyshla, and Angel, for your outstanding service! Manny”

“I've been a Regions account holder for many years and I have visited this Regions a lot considering it's the only one in area. The staff are always friendly But just the other day, Raheim is the first person that I can remember, to thank me for banking with Regions for 16 years. He expressed that they valued me as a customer. He even offered to have someone call me to go over the many benefits that Regions offer. The whole interaction was pleasant and his customer service is exceptional. Regions, do what you can to keep him. He's a gem!”

“Third time IS the charm. Our 3rd bank in 5 years but they are a REAL bank! Plenty of parking, convenient locations and they greet you as you enter. Never a long wait and tellers who actually count cash before handing it to you which is never done at Truist and Mid Florida! And tellers are very polite and friendly.”

“My dog and I love Leela (drive through). She is always very cheery, greeting us with a smile no matter what time of day. She gives my pup a treat (now my pup believes) that the capsule in drive through is a never ending treat receptacle. All kidding aside she is very lovely. I do also like banking with South state, always very easy to deal with...But really, Leela deserves a raise.”

“Staff members at this bank are so helpful when our family visits. They are friendly, engaged, and helpful when we have questions about options and policies. They went the extra mile to help us when a family member's credit card was stolen. The Lobby is always clean. Sue helped us out of a bind recently; we appreciate her help, and everyone else's over the years.”
