“The store is well kept making it easier to shop. I've been shopping at these stores for over 35 years in two states. I've always liked their jewelry counters and kids departments. I have some really good buys for my husband too. Not as much luck in women's though. All in all it's a good shopping experience.”

“Buyer beware! I recently purchased a recliner online. It was delivered fast and no problem. However, less that two week the recliner was hurting my back. I called the store to see if I can return it. They said yes as long it's within 30 days, receipt, and most importantly the original box/packaging. Well I planned on keeping it so I threw away the box. They do not make any exceptions, without the box no return. I called customer service and they said the same thing. Unbelievable the quality of this recliner and policy.**** Update: A store manager finally contacted me and stated that the return policy told was not accurate. I was able to return the recliner.”
