Awesome place and Sawyer is the best!!! Pool wise, he knows his stuff on keeping our pool sparkling clean. Personally wise, I was an idiot who left my wallet on their counter. When I got home and realized I didn't have it I called Sawyer and he had it waiting for me when I got back to the store. Thank you!!!

Best customer service especially from Mr. Clay Rollins. He takes time to explain what chems are best for the pool's needs and does a great job of not just selling you a product you wouldn't necessarily need to use. I love the staff here because there is never a dumb question and they always have an answer. As someone whom has worked in the pool Industry for 8 years, it says a lot when you can count on other pro opinions and you can be assured that the advice given will go a long way. Thanks guys.

My first couple visits to the local Leslies store a bit disappointing, but lately I'm impressed with their staff. They seem honest and knowledgeable about pools in general, but they all jumped through hoops to try and help me resolve a problem I've been having with my salt cell. One employee helped me track down the receipt of the home owner who installed my salt cell to see if maybe it was under warranty. While that didn't end up working out the staff on the help line have been helpful as well trying to help me track down a replacement. After coming to find out the manufacturer may not support my system anymore the staff of the local store went out of their way to help me find replacement parts. One of them even went so far as tearing apart a salt cell display to get me the detail I needed. I will definitely be going back for continued support such as parts, water testing, maintenance supplies, and inflatable pools toys. Great work.

This is the worst place I have ever order from. I made a order of 189 dollars almost 2 weeks ago and have not received anything from this company. I called and asked and was told to contact FedEx. I contacted FedEx and they told ne the items where damaged and sent Back to company I calle Leslie's pools again and told them whatFedEx said . The customer representative at winter haven told me that there are several Leslie stores and that his job is not to call around and find my package.I feel disrespected and cheated out if money. This transaction will be reported as fraud since I have yet to receive any packages

Bought a salt cell system here. It has 4 year warranty on it. When I asked for warranty information, they said they only keep sales for a year in the system. STAY AWAY if you want your purchase protected. Just go to pinch a penny. They were a lot more helpful.

Warning!!! Do not use their services to fix your pool. They make you call a phone number which is probably located out of state or maybe even out of the country. The technician was nice, but he suggested I call the store to make sure part was ordered after he left so it can get here as soon as possible. When I called the store, the same day, the phone rang and there was no answered after multiple attempts that day. I called the next day and after multiple attempts, I finally got someone on the phone and if I remember, it was Clay. Poor customer service!!!! He seemed bothered that I called him and when I asked him about the part, he said he hasn't check his emails, but when he gets to it, he will order the part. His response was with an attitude as if he was bothered about me calling. Then I asked him if he can call me to update me when the part is ordered and its arrival and his response was that he might call me. He pretty much wanted to get me off the phone. I called the service line the following week since I have not had an update and they said the part was ordered and I should get a phone call when it arrives. Then, on the second week I called the service 1-800 number again and explained to them that I am very upset at the delay and nobody has been in touch with me to give me an update. They again called the local Winter Haven store and the update was that my part will arrive on Friday and I should be getting an expedited repair date. They advised me they will be calling me on Friday. Friday afternoon, did not receive a call, so I called the 1-800 service number again and the only thing they can verify is that the part has not been received. I will receive a phone call once it arrives, but no updates, no tracking number, nothing to give me a definitive answer. Going on the Third week, I called Monday, today 2/13/23. Had to escalate the situation via the 1-800 number since they are the only ones that answer, and I spoke to Paul, manager, and he was not very helpful. They refer you to the service manager in your area, but Paul said service manager will get upset if you call them and put them on the phone with the customer immediately, that I would have to wait up to 24 hours for a call back whenever they feel like calling you. This is insane!! This is very poor customer service!! I run a business and I would never do this to my customers. Stay away from Leslie Pool Service!!!!

I was not pleased that I had to carry the big tubs of liquid chlorine to the car. They literally carted the people in front of me to their car but not mine.

I visit Leslie Pool and the employee was very helpful. Was the first time and give me all the recommendations....don't push to sell anything!! Great orientation!!! Great service! THANKS!

I wouldn't even rate this place a 1 star. Asked the guy about the 1 hp Hayward pool pump he had listed on his site. Rudely, said nope. Acting like they they make those anymore and told us to go to Lowes. When they're listed on Amazon as well, but instead wanted to get the pump that day instead of 4-5 days for amazon to deliver. Just in a very rude way. I will never go to this store for any service.

I've recently started caring for a few pools for my HOA and a couple affiliated locations and these guys have been great. I'm not a pool service person in that I'm not trying to make a living at it but it covers my HOA fees. The folks at Leslie's have answered many questions for me and are always professional and down to earth. If you're a pool owner trying to maintain your own pool or a pro the folks at Leslie's are there to help
