They now keep it on hand for me so I don't have to order it monthly.The staff is friendly and personable, too. They went out of their way to make me happy. I recommend them to anyone.”
“The store is nice. The people working there are nice. Mostly organized and clean. There are a lot of options on most items. The biggest issue is price. This store is great, maybe for someone with their first pet, the personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable so they can definitely help you get set up. For long-time pet owners with financial obligations, this doesn't work well. I have really only shopped here a couple of times, first when I wanted to get something nice for my daughter for her guenia pig. I was unsure of what items were best. Secondly, when the aforementioned pet passed and she brought home a hedgehog. Who knows how to take care of this thing? The folks here do . After that, when refills were needed, they were far cheaper online. I personally have 2 very large dogs and buy high-quality food. They carry this as well but at roughly 10% higher cost. With how much my dogs cost with food, treats, medications, and supplies, I would have to sacrifice one of these needed items if I were to shop here. I recommend this place if buying small quantities or first-time pet owners, but any more than that, the cost increase becomes more apparent.”
“This place is awesome! And the people is who makes my day great when I get my dog food for dragon or my two snakes venom and carnage food . I would highly recommend going here they are educated and knowledgeable about their animals and supplies.”

“We have three pets, a sheep, a Labradoodle, and a Chihuahua. We goes to tractor supply in Haines City for all their needs. This store have everything that you can imagine, especially for animal services and farm life, etc.. the staff are very friendly, kind and helpful but the best person I dealt with is the manager Joseph. He went back and beyond to help me. I was surprisingly amazed by his services because he went beyond my expectation. I always shopped at this store and will continue to do so, I highly recommend store #514.”

“Called around needing a nail trim for my 8-month-old puppy, and Pup Hut was the only place willing to fit her in, same day. Unfortunately, my babygirl proceeded to snap at the groomer, so I had to hold her through the service. The groomer was very gracious; she obviously loves dogs and even she even made recommendations on getting my pup socialized. Pup Hut's price for a simple nail trim can't be beat. We will be back!”
