“I called Pet Supermarket to find a bird food treat that I had been unable to find at 3 other pet stores I called and it was my good fortune to have Julie answer my phone call as she was not only friendly and professional on the phone but she also personally checked availability by going to the treat area to make sure it was in stock (it was) and offered to hold the product for me at their front desk (which I greatly appreciated)”

They now keep it on hand for me so I don't have to order it monthly.The staff is friendly and personable, too. They went out of their way to make me happy. I recommend them to anyone.”

“We took our cavapoo to get groomed. We had ashley d as the groomer. And we are extremely happy with how reba was groomed! We will only bring our pup to her to get her hair done . She was such a great lady. Nice .and very patient with her. Pet smart ia very lucky to have her !! I took my pup back to her again. And Wow!! She out did herself again. She is amazing! Thank you for a great job!! You are the best!!”

“Called around needing a nail trim for my 8-month-old puppy, and Pup Hut was the only place willing to fit her in, same day. Unfortunately, my babygirl proceeded to snap at the groomer, so I had to hold her through the service. The groomer was very gracious; she obviously loves dogs and even she even made recommendations on getting my pup socialized. Pup Hut's price for a simple nail trim can't be beat. We will be back!”
