Had all my mail forwarded from out of state. Somehow it gets all the way here to winter Haven and gets lost said it was out for delivery but never got scanned as delivered ?! He said he would call me. It's already been reported lost / stolen .... Very disappointed! And will be filing a claim

Just stopped at this post office to drop off a prepaid and labeled envelope. As I was standing in line for about 5 minutes, as both clerks were taking care of customers, I hear a young lady yell across the counter “are you dropping off, cause we are closed. We close at 2:30.” I looked at my watch and it said 2:33 and told her that I had been standing inline (she appeared from no where) and pointed to my envelope to signal that I was just dropping off. She rudely signaled with her hand for me to walk up. She grabbed the package and scanned it as I waited and rudely said, “you don’t need a receipt, it’s been scanned.” As I walked out the other two clerks were still assisting the other two customers. I feel that she was so rude specially after I had been standing in line. A simple, “mom we are closed” when I walked in would’ve been nice and understanding. She just walked up from the back without even noticing how long I had been waiting and acted very unprofessional .

This place and its workers are completely worthless. I sent a package out at 1130 12/26/23. Paid for Express shipping and was told it would be there by Friday. It wasn't delivered until today, Tuesday 1/2/24. Explain HOW that's Express delivery? It was going to Virginia and a military person. I could have walked it there faster. This is why people don't use the post office that much and why it should go under. They deliver mostly junk mail anyway. Junk mail delivered by junk employees. I'll NEVER send anything through the post office again.

Tampering with mail is a federal offense, I have informed delivery so I literally get a picture of my mail when I get it from my mailbox it is taped shut….. also mail lady sits outside my house very odd BUT IS EXTREMELY ODD as there is no stopping parking or standing sign posted by the FDOT. Mail lady keeps plowing through my trash cans that I have put in my yard to prevent her from leaving tire tracks across the entire yard.

ebay packages “delivered” and As soon I got quickly to mailbox, nothing there! Now at office they say the paper say “delivered”. So by faith we believe? When they gonna have picture of “delivered”?This has happened a lot times. I could say $200 lost.Sooooo know Ms. Supervispr came“She is gonna fix it” (the driver)Me: “ohh then she marked delivered and she didn’t?”Now she holds her belly as she has a cramp, rollovver her eyes to white. “SHE IS GONNA FIX IT”Ohhh she is mad an I was the one who did not received my package. I’m supposed to be the “satisfied costumer”

This place is awful the service is slow the employees are rude ive been waiting 3 weeks for a key for the mailbox they told me would be ready in wendsday of the first week you ring the doorbell and stamd in a room without ac for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to reapond then you get a rude person to open the door like your inconvenience to them for being there yet your at work and being paid to be there so you should have no complaint this place is ran awfully and really needs to be revamped starting with management and moving down i dont understand how the station manager allows his operation to run like this anyone know how to contact someone higher up in usps

For the rest of the services ok ridiculous busy and slow sometimes, check out machine not working must of the time and to renew passport totally booked out you would save a bunch of time if you drive to the clerk office ten blocks ahead and they have walk ins. That information of course the Post office don’t share they give me the wrong information I had to booked with them an appointment that at the soonest was 5 weeks and then I learnt that in the clerk office they don’t require appointments and they made me loose 4 weeks and I had to pay for expedited service to renew my kids passport …

Only giving 1 star because we can't give zero. Constantly putting mail in the wrong mail box. Saying mail is "undeliverable" even though they don't even try delivering it.My wife literally sat there and watched the mail person put something in the mailbox. She went out to check the mail and it was a slip saying "undeliverable". Went through this two more times(the last time we didn't catch them) before they left a slip saying we had to go to the post office to pick it up.My wife called and complained. They said we could show up Saturday to pick up the box. We show up at the location only to find out they're not even f'n open on Saturdays.I took a long lunch today from work to go try and get the package only for the lady at the front to say "Sorry, can't find it. Don't know where it is." I asked that surely there's more than just "sorry" and she said "Only if you want to speak to the supervisor". I told her well no shit I wanted to talk to the supervisor.Lisa (wouldn't give me her last name) went and looked for it (did she really though?) Said they couldn't find it and then said she'd have to "try" and find out who was supposed to deliver to our house. She also said that the system shows the package was already returned to sender. Which is funny because at the same time my wife was on the phone with USPS customer support and they said the package wasn't set to return to sender until tomorrow. My wife also contacted the person she bought the item from and they said they hadn't got any notification of the item being sent back.THEN while Lisa was in the back looking for the item the first woman had the balls to look at me and go "Why did you wait until the last day to pick up a package? You should have came in here when you got the first slip" I told her the real f'n question is why can't their mail carriers do their f'n job. Then explained how my wife sat there and watched the mail carrier fill out an "undeliverable" slip without even trying. She goes "Well I've never heard of that happening here"Right........go f'n check google reviews.

As we all know, most businesses are shortstaffed and we are grateful for the people who show up. Florence, Villa Post Office 1/5/22 had one clerk at the window. Lisa, Lisa handled everyone professionally efficiently promptly, and was very courteous,. She was a woman of multitasking and did not lose her cool. Kudos to you, Lisa. We need more people like you in the workplace.

MI brother sent env pkg with meds here by mistake changing correct address to Davenport last minute but clerk didn’t cross out Winter Haven bar code. Tracked pkg to this location and Shar gladly searched and found it within 10 minutes. So friendly & helpful! It was in pile to be RTS she didn’t have to take the time as she was on alone last 15 minutes of the day. Very caring worker at this branch for sure and I bet there are more like her there!! Thank you 33881 Winter Haven USPS ? You’re awesome ‼️

I hate this place so much. My packages are constantly saying delivered and they are not there! Our carrier, is always delivering to the wrong mailboxes in whispering trails! My kids Christmas gift was not in my mailbox, even though it says delivered, so my neighbors or the courrier is getting a nice Christmas gift apparently, and you know I'm not getting it back bc it's a video game

I walked to the counter after being asked if I could be helped. When I told the representative that I wanted to send a letter first class he replied, "Let me find out where he is so he can help you with that." This was after he finished helping a couple and asked me if he could help me. He walked to the back and after 5 minutes the man he was referring to showed up. Come to find out the first man I spoke to was the Manager. He had poor customer service skills and feels entitled. He clearly chooses who he wants to help.
