“I'm surprised this place doesn't have better overall reviews. We went at noon yesterday, there was no wait. The person at the counter was the friendliest teller we've met. She was warm, pleasant and helpful. As with any financial businesses, everything takes time. They need to verify information-- it's good that they're taking their time for this process so not just anyone can walk out the door with your money!! We were there 10 minutes and was done. There is a small parking lot in the back (side?).”

“I've only used the drive-thru and I love that it has 5 different lanes ;) one of them is away from the other four (uses a completely different entrance) and it's a designated one for commercial transactions. There is an outdoor ATM but it is not through the drive-thru :( that's why I took a star off.”

“Im making a point to write review, because usually people only feel the need to write a review if it's about a bad experience. I'm a big advocate for how you treat people and good customer service, period. I stopped in today at this location to make a transaction via face to face interaction, and the young lady who helped me was so sweet and helpful. She had a genuine smile on her face and made my visit super quick and easy. Considering I had just left somewhere else where the lady who had helped me was kind of rude, it was refreshing to have someone so pleasant. Thank you guys, and keep up the good work!”
