“I called Kyle‘s bike shop this morning because I was having some issues with my bike. Kyle said no problem. I brought it down. It turns out it was operator error on my bike. It had been a while since I had ridden it and turns out there was no issues at all, but Kyle was fantastic. He helped me unload it from my truck and then help me reload it again. Also cleaned it up can’t wait to do more business with this bike job. They are awesome thank you for your support Kyle and your help with my bike. He explained to us (quickly and simply) regarding any questions we had. Things we didn’t know about previous bikes, tips and tricks, etc. I can’t even explain how helpful he was. No upselling, none of that. Plus the lifetime service ? You can’t go anywhere else. Definitely a no brainer. So happy I came here. And thank you so much !”
“Wonderful experience. The people were knowledgeable and very helpful. I like that they will service our new e-bikes for 3 months which includes parts and labor. They also give you a free tune up. This is over and above the regular warranty of one year parts only. We are enjoying our new Aipas e-bikes.”

“Best place in the world to take your bike. We've been helped regularly by Gary and Jorge, two incredibly kind guys who really care about their customers. I'm not a bike expert and I regularly need help with the maintenance of my road/TT bike. I always take it to Orange Cycles because I know Jorge and Gary will be there to take care of me and never take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Gary has spent a lot of time with me showing me how to change tires, replace wheels, and giving me tips - all for free and out of the kindness of his heart.”
