“Not only did this shop do an amazing paint job on my front bumper but they also helped me with damage that occurred during transportation done by a dealership and they still chose to help me when it wasn't even their fault. Heidi does a great job running this shop, and I greatly appreciate Dustin for stopping what he was doing and helped me with a quick paint fix.”

“As a women who doesn’t know much about cars, it is so heartwarming to finally find such an honest, respectful and knowledgeable auto repair shop. He came highly recommended by a customer at my work who kept hearing me talk about the car issues I was having. Now I see why he was so insistent that I give them a try. Marli in the front office and Mr. Vimar, the owner, are some of the nicest people you will ever meet! I can’t recommend this place enough!”

“Took my Hyundai Tucson to ACE for body work after I was rear-ended. The final product looks very nice and there are no rattles, squeaks, etc. Dropped the car off once all the parts were delivered. I received daily text messages with progress updates. Rick was knowledgable and patiently explained the estimate and insurance process (working through State Farm). $13K+ job I'm satisfied and pleased to have a lifetime warranty on their work.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Bill at his body shop at his Longwood location, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Bill is not only incredibly honest, but he genuinely cares about helping others. It’s clear that he loves what he does, and it shows in the quality of his work. He went above and beyond to assist me, and I felt valued as a customer. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and skilled professional, I highly recommend Color Key body shop!”

“I am so utterly grateful for Michael and oh my goodness I forgot the other guy's name sorry but they were on spot on helping me with something that clean I needed a whole new back hatch door and they managed to get my back hatch to close. That's all I wanted and they exceeded my expectations. God bless you guys and your work.”

“First, I have to say that Cherry (their main point of contact) is such a friendly and pleasant person. Speaking to her will most certainly leave you with a smile on your face. My car had what seemed like minor damage but ended up needing more work than expected. I should be getting my car back within a few days, so I haven't seen it yet. However, Maitland Collision Center comes very highly recommended by both Tesla and GEICO. They've ensured that I always know the status of my car's repair by consistently providing progress updates and the estimated completion date. All of their staff are friendly, polite, and professional. Maitland Collision is one of only a few Tesla-certified collision centers in Central Florida, and Tesla is very selective, so kudos to their team for going through the certification and training process. I Highly Recommend them and will update my review once I pick up my car. ~ Bryan R”
