“Their ratings are so much higher than every other company. This is not a mistake. You can see why in every interaction with them. It is so refreshing to see what I consider an old fashioned level of excellent service. Especially in an industry involving your car. I was not their easiest customer to deal with on a few levels and logistically. Never once did they show it to me. Maribel was the person I dealt with the most. She instilled trust from the beginning. John was excellent. They are very transparent and do their best. If you need your windshield replaced, I could not recommend this business any more strongly. Definitely my best experience this year, and completely unexpected. My windshield is as if nothing ever happened to it.”
