Beware, Chase is extremely difficult to work with. They only want to you, they can almost never help you. And Good Luck with calling the branch or main line for help, you won’t even talk to a person. I would rate 0 Stars if I could, I have a Business Account that I will be closing soon

Went in fearing issues but the banker was perfect. Tiffany spent the extra time going through everything needed to resolve the issue while keeping me informed the whole time and with a smile / excellent demeanor. Thanks go out again to her for the time and attention.
