Had a 10am appointment for tire rotation. Tire center didn't even open (according to Google) until 10 so I figured I'd have one of the first appointments. I was still given an hour and fifteen minute estimated time frame. They said they'd text me when it's done. At 11:30, I go to the counter and ask for an update. Apparently, my car was done for about forty minutes. Thanks, Costco.

This Costco? Oh, it’s beyond abysmal—an absolute nightmare of a place! One of the most godawful, appalling, soul-crushing Costco locations I’ve ever endured! The tire center? An utter, disgraceful disaster—an absolute tragic farce that stole three precious hours from my life, hours I’ll never get back! I bought those tires with a 75,000-mile warranty—promises of reliability and trust! And what do I get? Ignored, dismissed, treated like I’m invisible! I always rotate my tires—faithfully, diligently—and yet they tell me I need to speak to a manager? Why? Because they didn’t even bother to make an appointment! They just left me hanging, wasting my time endlessly, coming back the next day to stew in frustration! No, they didn’t even manage to get my car into the shop—nothing but sheer incompetence and neglect! And then, the nerve—after all that, I asked for my money back on my membership, because I’ve had enough of this garbage, enough of being toyed with by this pathetic excuse of a store! More people MUST demand their money back—endless, righteous protests, so maybe, just maybe, Costco will finally face consequences for their irresponsibility and failure. I sincerely hope this one goes bankrupt, collapses under the weight of its own neglect—and maybe, just maybe, it will serve as a lesson in how not to treat loyal customers.

It takes to long to make an appointment just for rotation

Employees don't seem to understand that their job is performing the advertised services, not performing teenage angst on paying customers. If your time is worth less than $0.2 per hour this tire center offers a good value, or if you are ok with compromising on the quality of your life this is a reasonable tire center. But, if you work for your money, or you hold yourself to any modicum of professional standards when you walk out your front door, you will be more than unsatisfied with the service here.

Terrible service . The people at the desk were extremely unhelpful . I had an appointment to get my tires changed for 1:40 , they didn’t start working on my tires till 3:20 , and didn’t finish until after 4pm . TERRIBLE SERVICE

Waited over 3 hours for my tires to be replaced. After I finally got my car my tire pressure sensors were not working. They were all working perfectly fine before. I brought my car back and they told me that the batteries probably went out and it would cost $50 to replace them. I asked so all 4 tire sensors battery went out at the same time? And he replied yes. I agreed to go ahead and replace them. Waited another 2 hours and they told me their machine was broken so they couldn’t replace my sensors. Total waste of time, not worth saving the money to go here. Better off going anywhere else.

Wish I could give you zero stars I would highly recommend you not buy tires from this place you will never get in and out of there in less than three hours. I brought a damaged tire in there for a repair waited three hours only to be told that they didn't have the tire in stock they needed to rep replace it since they couldn't repair it so would be another four or five days it took them three hours of having my car to let me know that then the manager Eric. promised me when I came back he would keep my rims and have the tire already on and get me in and out of there in less than an hour. I am now entering the third hour I saw him go to lunch 15 minutes before he promised me 3 o'clock at the latest since I had to pick my kids up from school I knew this was gonna be a problem so I made other arrangements because I did not trust him. Yes, I had appointments both times So if you're OK for six hours worth of waiting in the event you ever need your tire repaired then this is the place for you

Could not get the tires off, then told me to take it elsewhere to get them loosened. What kind of tire shop is this? It took my dad less than a minute. This place sucks

They’re extremely busy and short staffed. Does take a while to get anything done even when having an appointment and trying to pick up your car. Just make sure to practice patience if you want to use their tire service.

Love this tire center. They are always courteous and professional no matter how the last person treated them. I have been putting tires on my vehicles at this location for 10 years, and it is always worth whatever the wait is in the shop to be treated right.

Had a 4pm appointment. Brought the car early around 3:30. Car wasn't brought back until 5:15, and I didn't leave until after 6 pm for a tire installation. However, I felt confident they treated my car right. I was watching to see when I would be able to leave, and I saw that they checked the wheel tourque 3 separate times.

Finally had my first Costco experience! I visited on Sunday and got there right at 10am when the location opened and the parking lot was almost all the way full. Staff was really helpful and quick at the front counter where my friend got her Costco card. We made our way around the store and found some unique snacks in the middle section. I picked out cute pajamas and an athletic dress, which will be good for these hotter months. Lots of really good deals on pantry staples and paper goods. My favorite find was my $10 insulated cooler bag. It was massive and kept my cold items chilly while shopping. I also really like the huge selection of prepared meals in the back. I snagged a gyro kit for dinner. The self check out line was long but we opted for the regular check out which was super fast. To get the full Costco experience, I purchased the $1.50 hot dog + soda combo and $1.99 pepperoni pizza slice. Everything was very good and plenty of seats available. The only con was exiting the store. The lines to exit were gridlock and past the registers. It was a lengthy amount of time to get out of the store.

I would drive 50 miles out of my way (assuming I don't have a flat) to go to this tire center. Gregg, Angie and Kiri (not sure how that one is spelled) are very professional, FAST, and compassionate. I have to assume the bad reviews are entitled jerks who think a tire change should take 10 minutes. If you hang out and watch the mechanics, they're busting their butts non-stop. Great people here. Thanks for all your help.
