I ordered tires online and made an appointment for installation. I arrived at the tire center on time for the appt and was quoted 1.5 hours for installation. We went shopping and after an hour and 10 mins of waiting they called to say they can’t find the wheel lock and had not yet started with our car. The wheel lock is the first thing you see upon opening the glovebox and we told them that at check in. At that point we told them not to start our car as we had cold food and couldn’t wait another 1.5 hrs. I asked for the tires to be refunded and he told me I had to call customer service since it is an online order. Upon calling customer service I was told the warehouse should have refunded me as they cant refund until they can confirm the tires were not put on our car. It took multiple days for a refund. Save yourself time and hassle! It isn’t worth the $100 saved on a set of tires.

Horrible service. Purposely puts you on hold for 20+ minutes to not give you an update on your car. Hangs up & doesn’t call back. Service & tires already paid for & cannot get ahold of anyone about my vehicle that is there.

This place will always tell you 2-4 hrs when they have open bays and only work on 2 cars at the same time. They also rig their number system by not actually checking the car on their system to make their numbers look good so they don’t hear anything from corporate. Go else where for actual honest workers.

Absolutely miserable experience. Came in early to my tire change appointment only to sit in a line for 30 minutes to check in. After that, 2 hours later no call that my car was done. I walk in to check on it and it hadn't even been started yet. Had to go directly to someone in the garage because the desk people wouldn't do anything and it seemedthey simply forgot about my car. An hour later it was finally done and my entire day wasted.

I went to costco for a car battery they checked computer for battery was given wrong one Ray who ran it through the computer grabbed it even though he said it I should have double checked now I have a blown fuse I have to take it to the mechanic

I wanted to share my experience this past visit because it was a hassle and a patient testing experience; however, thanks to the Costco Tire Center team, everything worked out.Kiri, Greg, and Carlos were phenomenal. First and foremost, they are understaffed. Poor Kiri had a line of 5 customers and no less than 3 people on hold for the phone lines. She is one person and can only do so much. I of course was getting aggravated, I had somewhere to be and I just needed to drop my car off, but I calmed down when I could sense and visually see how fast she was trying to do a 3 person job by herself. By the time I got up to the counter, she even apologized and acknowledged I was in a hurry, and got me signed in and out of there in 5 minutes.I dropped my car off at 10am for my 5pm appointment because after my DUI, I had to get a breathalyzer installed in my car to start it and drive it. If you don’t have one in your car, it’s definitely 1 of the many factors that will help prevent you from drinking and driving once you get it uninstalled. The hassle we went through in order to try and get the bypass instructions so they could start and drive my car was ridiculous. 1 hour wait times with dealing with another company’s customer service. Needless to say, we were not able to figure it out on the day of my appt. I could only do so much while out of town on business, and they could only do so much with the wait times and being understaffed.When I returned, the next available appointment was 10 days away! Carlos and I talked and he patiently went over options with me for about 30minutes, a checking the schedule going over all possible scenarios. We came up with a game plan. He could have easily just said, “your only option is 10 days from now,” but he didn’t, and that is over the top service to me.Lastly, Greg was my technician. When I brought my car up for my appointment he had it timed perfectly right so I could start my car outside, and it give him enough time to drive it into the bay without the breathalyzer going off for another blow. He worked on it promptly and efficiently. He called me when the appt was done, and I came and started the car again and he pulled it back out of the garage. The teams ability to be flexible and efficient really stood out. They made a most annoying situation for me AND I’m sure them work out in the end. THANKs GUYs!!!

What is going on with costco tire shop? Not in a good way either. I just can even put my finger on 1 thing, but it is a pain to do anything through them. Makes the money saved not worth my time they waste.

I have replaced tires at this location in and they didn’t return my tire key. When I came to ask for the replacement key customer service representative was rude to me and talking so loud to make sure everyone in the line could hear his point, portraying me as an unreasonable person. It was very disrespectful and humiliating. I would discourage anyone going there.

This is the 3rd time we have gotten meat that had a reasonable date in it but when opened it was rancid rotting and disgusting. The other 2 times we just threw it out because we didn't want it in our cars to bring back. This time it was our rack of lamb for Easter dinner and it's unacceptable. Almost $90 for 3 racks and they smelled so bad my kids smelled it across the house. Thank God for sprouts so we could have an Easter dinner after the Costco meat ruined our dinner plans. We will never buy meat from this Costco again. I will be back tomorrow morning to return it. Awful

A friend of mine went to this Costco about 2 hours ago. He was trying to set up his phone using the T-Mobile station. He was asked for his card by a middle aged white woman. The white man behind him was not asked for his. Interesting to see that racial profiling still exists at Costco. This is utterly ridiculous and frankly disgusting.

I've shopped at about 20 Costco warehouses in 5 states. I've been shopping at this location for about a year. My experience is that this location is at the bottom of the barrel. Always a looong line waiting for fuel. Pharmacy is OK and communication from them is good. The organization of Mens & Womens clothing/soft goods is chaotic. Optical shop always has a long wait time for service. The tire shop has very poor service and long wait times. Checkouts have long lines. Self-service checkouts do too. The food court service is OK, although it is usually packed and condiments are occasionally not available. Employees are helpful... if you can get their attention. Costco could really do better than this.

Overall, I like my neighborhood Costco. I have only had one bad interaction with them. I went with a friend and they were buying something (1 item) and we used the self-checkout so they could pay for their item and I would check out my groceries and got scolded by one of the employees and they started to complain about how we were holding up the line. I would have never thought I would get an interaction like that at Costco but I understand if they were having a frustrating day wish they didn't projected on me though. But besides that one interaction, I like the variety of items and seasonal items the Costco carries. They always have something I never know I needed. Shopping here on weekends is the worst though or weekdays at night because it tends to get busy with the gas and people rushing in last minute.

I came into the store around 2:30 on a Fri afternoon and as expected the place was very busy. I had been inflating my tire every few days but this day it was losing air at a quicker rate. The young woman at the front desk was very professional and they did their best to assist me a walk in customer. The mechanics were all very helpful and polite as well. The new tires look great. Highly recommended.

This Costco is on the smaller side but it's close to me so it's the one I visit. There is almost always a line to get gas and I wouldn't recommend going on the weekends because it gets pretty crazy. Staff is always very friendly and store is usually pretty clean. I'd deff go during the week or late at night before closing. If you're looking for the separate liquor store you'll have to go to another location!
